This is a very tasty and tender pie from the “quick and simple” group, which is called “Minute”. The dough tastes like shortbread, but at the same time it does not need to be painstakingly kneaded or rolled out as usual - the flour is simply ground with butter and sugar, which takes 3-5 minutes.

The filling for the pie can be created not only with curd, but also with jam or fruit jam; the curd and fruit inside will also be very tasty.

Ingredients for the dough:

  • Flour 3 cups
  • Margarine or butter 250 g
  • Sugar 0.5 cups
  • Soda 0.5 tsp.

Ingredients for the curd inside:

  • Cottage cheese 500 g
  • Sour cream 0.5 cups
  • Sugar - to taste
  • Lemon zest
  • Raisin
  • Soda 1/3 tsp.
  • Starch 2 tsp.

Recipe for making grated pie with cottage cheese:

1. Create the filling. To do this, grind the cottage cheese with sour cream using a blender. Add sugar, starch and soda.

2. Prepare raisins and lemon zest and add to sour cream and curd filling. Pour hot water over the raisins for a couple of minutes, wash and dry. Grate the lemon zest.

How to properly prepare zest for baking?

The zest is the yellowish outer part of the skin of citrus fruits. To prepare the zest for baking, just lightly rub the upper part of the peel on a grater on all sides, without the snow-white part.

You don’t have to use zest and raisins, it’s a matter of taste. You can also add vanilla sugar to the curd filling.

3. Now let's prepare the dough. Sift the flour in advance and dump it into a bowl. Add butter or margarine.

4. Add soda and sugar and grind everything together into crumbs. It’s comfortable to create it with your hands.

5. Turn on the oven to warm up. Meanwhile, place our cake in a greased pan. First, put 2/3 of our crumbs into the mold, lightly compact with a spoon.

6. Place the curd and sour cream filling on top of the crumbs, distributing it moderately. And the final step is to sprinkle the remaining crumbs on top. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 30-35 minutes.

7. It is better to cool the pie first and only then remove it from the mold and cut it so that neat pieces come out.

Prepare the following products: wheat flour, butter, eggs, sugar, heavy cream (or sour cream, but it will be useful in half as much as cream), baking powder, soft, savory cottage cheese without sourness.

In order to prepare the dough, combine flour with mixed baking powder, soft melted butter, sugar, cream and one egg.

Knead a fairly stiff dough, gather it into a ball, wrap it in film and put it in the refrigerator. For the curd interior, combine cottage cheese, sugar and cream.

Using a blender, achieve a homogeneous, smooth curd mass.

Remove the dough from the refrigerator and divide into two parts. Grate one part of the dough (with a large grater) directly into the mold, distribute so that the layer is similar in thickness throughout.   • 3 – 4 tbsp. l. water
  • 350 g cottage cheese 9 - 18%
  • 2 testicles
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp. l. decoys
