It’s better to bake pancakes in a small frying pan; they turn out fluffy, full of holes, and taste cool. I’m waiting for my husband and daughter to return from their walk, maybe they’ll appreciate it too))))

Banana pancakes recipe:
In a blender, beat milk + bananas + salt + eggs.
Add flour and beat again.
The dough comes out thick (like thick jelly), put it in the refrigerator for an hour
Take it out of the refrigerator, add vegetable oil and beat well with a whisk.
Bake pancakes on both sides in a hot frying pan
until golden brown.
I cut the finished pancakes with a lid with sharpened edges from a small saucepan.
We remove the excess, you can chop the trimmings and use them with whipped cream.
Bon appetit.
Come for pancakes.

Ingredients:
- Banana – 3 pcs.
- Chicken egg – 2 pcs.
- Baking powder – 0.25 tsp.
Manufacturing:
Please note that these banana pancakes are made without flour, which means they are gluten-free. There is no sugar in them either, all the sweetness is natural from the bananas themselves, so you need to choose perfectly ripe fruits.
Bananas need to be mashed until a soft paste forms. No special diligence is required here - ripe fruits can be mashed very well with an ordinary fork.
Next, add the eggs to the banana pulp and mix everything well with a whisk.
Add baking powder to the mixture given to us and mix again. By the way, you don’t have to add baking powder; the pancakes come out great in this case, but they will be the least “shaggy”.
All that remains is to fry the pancakes.
To do this, heat a non-stick frying pan. Lubricate with vegetable oil with a brush – you don’t need a lot of oil at all.
Spread the banana-egg mixture in small portions, forming small pancakes to make them easier to roll.
Fry over low heat for about half a minute on each side. But twisting banana pancakes is really difficult, but maybe with a little effort.
Serve ready-made pancakes to the table with your favorite sauces, just like regular pancakes. We tasted best with regular unsweetened yogurt and fresh berries. The pancakes are naturally sweet on their own and are also gluten-free.
Banana pancakes are ready - a beautiful start to your day is guaranteed!
