- Pour hot milk in a narrow stream, whisking continuously. At the very end, add vegetable oil. Heat the frying pan thoroughly and be sure to grease it. Pour the batter and fry the pancakes until golden brown.
- Serve hot with syrup, jam, condensed milk. You can also wrap cottage cheese, meat or other filling in pancakes.
Fluffy pancakes with sour cream
The dough according to the following recipe comes out quite thick, which is why the pancakes rise perfectly and turn out fluffy and airy. Wrapping them in filling won’t work, but topping them with honey, maple syrup or watery jam is just the thing.
Required ingredients:
- 2 chicken eggs;
- 200 ml sour cream (10% fat);
- 180-200 g flour;
- 1 tbsp. sweet sand;
- 1 tsp. soda;
- Half a pack of vanilla;
- A pinch of salt;

- ½ tsp. soda
Manufacturing:
- Break the eggs into a bowl, add regular and vanilla sugar. Pour soda into sour cream and mix. After this we put it into other components.
- Stir until smooth. Add the sifted flour in portions and gradually pour in the milk. The result should be a homogeneous, but not liquid dough. Add vegetable oil and mix.
- Boil water in a kettle and pour 125 ml into it. Beat well again and leave at room temperature for 15 minutes to allow the flour gluten to swell. Pour into the pan in small portions and bake until golden brown on both sides.
- Ready-made pancakes can be greased with butter, but this is not necessary. Thin but strong pancakes are perfectly suitable for any interior. Since there is little sugar in the composition, it can be both sweet and salty.
