Ingredients:

  • Ground beef – 1 kg
  • Rice - 50 g
  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Pepper, coriander, salt or other spices - to taste
  • Green onions and parsley - 1 bunch each
  • Water – 150 ml
  • Vegetable oil - 2-3 tbsp. l.

Manufacturing:

  1. Finely chop the onion. Fry it in a heated frying pan for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Continue to simmer with minced meat.
  3. Add salt and pepper, add water and bring to a boil.
  4. When the beef has cooled, grind it through a meat grinder or grind it in a blender to make stuffing pancakes easier.
  5. Mix everything with parsley, onions and boiled rice, then stuff.

Ingredients:

  • Beef or pork - 1 kg
  • Margarine or butter - 60 g
  • Onion - 1 pc.

  1. Wash the beef or pork, remove the bones (if any), cut into small pieces and fry in a frying pan until a crust appears.

  • Sour cream – 100 g.

Manufacturing:

  1. Heat a frying pan and lightly fry the onion in butter, add the minced meat, and then the pre-chopped champignons. Pour in a little water, add a tablespoon of flour (make sure there are no lumps) and simmer over low heat.
