  • Testicles: 3 pcs.
  • Flour: 3 tbsp. l. with a small slide
  • Sugar: 250 g
  • Vanilla extract: a few drops
  • Citric acid: pinch

{Instructions} manufacturing

Take 3 tbsp. spoons of sugar and yolks, grind.

Pour in a little milk (approximately 100 ml).

Sift the flour here and grind the mixture until the lumps disappear.

Now you can add the rest of the milk.

Bring the composition over the fire until it thickens, making sure to stir it frequently. Pour in vanilla extract.

Transfer the resulting custard into a spacious bowl and let it cool there.

To prevent a crust from forming on top, cover with cling film in contact. To speed up the process, the containers can be placed in the freezer for half an hour.

From the remaining sugar, citric acid and 4 tbsp. Boil the syrup with a tablespoon of water (approximate cooking time is 10 minutes).

Continuing to work with the mixer, slowly pour the hot syrup into them, being careful not to get it on the beaters.

Continue beating for another 7-8 minutes. Cool the whites.

Using a spatula, fold in the egg white mixture into the custard.

Mix everything and place the tray in the freezer for at least 4 hours.

Decorate the frozen ice cream balls with nuts, sweet syrup, and grated chocolate. Nowadays, no heat can be scary with such a dessert!

Condensed milk ice cream recipe

In fact, any day in a house where there are children is not complete without sweets. Well, when guests arrive, I want to treat them to something tasty to amaze everyone. And here condensed milk ice cream, which can be prepared at home, comes to the rescue. It is important to see that not only children, but also adults adore him. What you will need to make it:

  • Vanilla sugar;
  • Condensed milk – 400 g;
  • Heavy cream – 0.5 l.

Step by step process:

  1. Place the heavy cream in the refrigerator for a couple of hours in advance.
  2. After this time, take them out and add vanilla sugar.
  3. Take a mixer and beat the cream at the highest speed until creamy and airy.
  4. After that, little by little pour the condensed milk into this mixture, constantly stirring it with a mixer, but at the lowest speed.
  5. Pour the mixture into the mold and cover with a lid.
  6. We put it in the refrigerator. From time to time we open and check our dessert, stirring slightly so that it does not freeze and turn into a lump of ice.

Traditional ice cream can be decorated with fruit or grated chocolate before serving. Your guests will be pleasantly surprised.

For those who are watching their figure, there is a special recipe for diet ice cream made from condensed milk without the use of heavy cream.

From powdered milk

All kids' favorite treat is ice cream. And a delicacy made with your own hands at home is even tastier. Let's look at a recipe for making a refreshing dessert from milk powder. It won’t take you much time, just the basic desire, ingredients and a little patience.

  • Milk – 500 ml;
  • Powdered milk – 100 g;
  • Starch – 20 g;
  • Sugar – 100 g;
  • Cocoa – 15 g;
  • You can add a pinch of walnuts to taste.

What to create:

  1. First, mix sugar and milk powder.
  2. Then dilute this mixture until smooth in 450 ml of milk. To avoid lumps, it is better to use a mixer.
  3. Place a saucepan on the stove, pour the milk mixture into it and bring to a boil.
  4. Mix the remaining 50 ml of cool milk separately with starch and pour into a saucepan.
  5. Keep the boiled milk on the fire for another three minutes, stirring constantly, until the mixture resembles frozen jelly.
  6. Remove the pan from the stove and strain the mixture through a fine iron sieve.
  7. Then add cocoa to the mixture and beat it with a mixer.
  8. If using walnuts (you can take any others), chop them and fry them in a frying pan without oil.
  9. Then dump it into a milkshake.
  10. When the prepared mass has cooled, pour it into a special mold and place in the freezer for 30-40 minutes.
  11. Once the indicated time has passed, take out the mold and beat the semi-frozen mixture with a mixer again.
  12. Place back in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.
  13. These steps must be repeated until the ice cream becomes soft and tender, without lumps of ice. That's the whole recipe.

Afterwards, the finished ice cream can be put into a yogurt maker with a special spoon and decorated with mint leaves, and sprinkled with cocoa.

How to create homemade ice cream from milk - ordinary recipes

Almost all housewives are interested in how to create ice cream from milk at home? And absolutely – will it work? The cooking process seems complicated only at first glance. We have selected tried and tested recipes for regular homemade ice cream. After reading them, you can easily prepare with your own hands the necessary and delicious dessert for the whole family.

7 tips for making ice cream at home from milk

1. If you want to get soft ice cream with a delicate creamy taste, choose the fattest dairy products for making. If you need a light dessert, take low-fat milk.

2. What is the easiest way to create ice cream at home from milk? Use an automatic ice cream maker! This accessory constantly mixes the mass during freezing, which prevents the creation of large ice crystals. If you don’t have an ice cream maker, you will have to stir the future ice cream by hand during the first 4 hours of hardening. At first, stir at intervals of 20-30 minutes, and then once an hour.

3. To completely harden, use portioned plastic molds - there is no need to stir the mixture while freezing. You can also use a large container with a lid. It is very important that the containers are hermetically sealed - ice cream very easily absorbs foreign odors.

4. Additives give the dessert a special taste and texture:

  • powdered milk - will make it creamy and velvety;
  • gelatin, agar-agar - will thicken the mixture, which is especially important if you are cooking from low-fat milk;
  • starch - will add uniformity to the texture;
  • sweet powder instead of sugar will make the dessert more tender;
  • lemon juice - slightly thickens the mixture, giving it the creamiest texture;
  • cognac or rum will add airiness and reduce the formation of crystals.

5. Different sprinkles and toppings will make the taste of the dessert more original. Choose an option according to your own taste: jam, syrups, peanut butter, Nutella, coconut flakes, chocolate glaze, etc. You yourself control the properties of the ingredients, regulate the taste and calorie content of the dessert.

6. If you want to create a dessert with syrup as a filling, add it before freezing. And additives such as nuts, chocolate drops, pieces of fruit, on the contrary, are mixed cooled into almost frozen ice cream.

7. Do not rush to serve the ice cream as soon as you take it out of the refrigerator. Let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes. This will help you simply form even balls using a special spoon.
