Recipe for “Stewed beef with vegetables”:

1. Cut the beef into small pieces, add salt, spices, soy sauce, mix thoroughly and marinate for 40-60 minutes;
2. Cut the onion into half rings, other vegetables into strips;
3. Heat a frying pan with oil and fry the meat over high heat for about 6-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the water has completely evaporated;

We prepare a very tasty beef stew with vegetables, seasoned with soy sauce and sesame seeds. A very tasty and ordinary dish for both a festive table and any day. Be sure to try Japanese meat! The meat comes out very fragrant and tasty. I assure you that all members of your family will like this dish.

Green cilantro 1/2 bunch, Parsley 1/2 bunch!

Fennel 1 pc. (snow-white part)!

Snow white wine 200 ml., Water 600 ml.!

Basil 6 leaves!

Garlic 6 cloves!

Beef 2kg.600g. (drumstick with bone)!

Take pieces of beef with a bone, approximately 4 - 5 cm wide, remove the veins.

Spicy beef with leeks and peppers

Soy sauce - 4 tbsp

Sweet pepper - 2 pcs

Leeks - 2 stalks (white part)

Ginger - a piece about the size of a large walnut

Chili pepper - according to ability

Recipe

  1. Peel the onions and carrots, cut them into cubes, lightly fry the vegetables in vegetable oil.
  2. Add beef, cut into medium pieces. You should not cut it finely, although in this case the dish will cook faster and the meat will turn out quite dry.
  3. Fry the beef and vegetables over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring.
  4. Close the lid, reduce the heat, and simmer for an hour. Add water or broth as needed. If you are preparing slices, it is enough to simmer for half an hour.
  5. We add vegetables to the stewed beef: peeled and diced eggplant, leek, celery, salt, spices to taste.
  6. Simmer for 20 minutes.
  7. Chop the tomatoes and peeled bell peppers randomly, not very coarsely. Add to the pan and simmer for another 10 minutes under the lid.
  8. Season the stewed beef with chopped garlic and herbs if desired, stir and turn off.

Stewed beef with vegetables, when served, mixes wonderfully with any side dish.
