Sweet pie with yogurt
If your milk has turned sour, do not rush to throw it away. From curdled milk you can bake a fluffy sweet pie that resembles a sponge cake. To make the dough you will need the following ingredients:
- flour - 3 thin or 2.5 faceted glasses;
- 5 g salt, the same amount of soda;
- potato flour (starch) - 30 g;
- crystalline sugar (sand) - 1 cup;

- half a liter of curdled milk.
It should turn out the same as for pancakes, in other words, medium thickness. True, you have to add flour from time to time, because yogurt can come in different fat contents and mixtures. In order for the grain to be fluffy, it needs to be sifted.
Manufacturing
Pour flour into a deep cup, make a hole into which add starch, beaten eggs, salt, soda and sugar, pour in yogurt. Mix everything well. Pour the dough into the prepared pan, the bottom of which has already been greased with some kind of oil, be it butter or vegetable, and sprinkled with flour.
Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 180–200° for 20–30 minutes. Fundamentally! If you want to create a pie 2-3 times larger, then the baking time increases, but the temperature remains at the same level. You can check the readiness of the shortbread with a toothpick, straw or match. Pierce the cake with a stick; if it remains completely dry, then it’s time to take it out.
After removing the finished biscuit from the oven, sprinkle vanilla or regular crushed sugar on top. You can start drinking tea.

Pour half of the dough into the mold and level it out. Lay out the fillet, add herbs and lettuce. Pour in the remaining dough and bake. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees in advance and bake the cake for 40 minutes.
