Step-by-step recipe with photos and videos

Minutka pizza cooked in a frying pan is a simple and easy-to-make dish that will help you out when you don’t have the time or desire to stand at the stove. This recipe is amazing with its tempting title alone. Well, who would refuse pizza, moreover, prepared in a “minute”, when usually just kneading and infusing the dough takes at least an hour?! And then there’s the actual production and baking – a total of 2 hours minimum.

Naturally, if you look at this dish critically, then “minute” pizza is not exactly “pizza” in the traditional sense, and it is prepared not in a “minute,” but in a good half hour. In one respect, however, the name of the dish is true - pizza “one minute” really disappears from the plate in a minute. Well, compared to the traditional recipe, this version of homemade pizza is just a dream! The dough is ready in a couple of minutes, and there is no need to insist or bake it. Place all the ingredients in the frying pan and you’re free to go. Cooking is minimal, but it turns out very tasty! Try it!

Prepare the ingredients according to the list.

Prepare the pizza dough. Measure 2 chicken eggs into a bowl and stir them until smooth.

Add salt, 1-2 pinches of dried herbs, a little ground dark pepper and sour cream to the egg mixture. Stir everything well again.

Sift flour with baking powder and add to watery ingredients. Add flour evenly, in 1-2 tbsp portions, until a thick dough is obtained.

The finished dough should resemble thick sour cream. This dough does not flow from the spoon, but falls slowly from it. From the purchased dough you can make 2 thin pizzas with a diameter of 26-28 cm, or one, but on the most fluffy crust.

Heat a frying pan over high heat and grease it with a thin layer of vegetable oil. Add the dough and smooth it out, moving from the center of the pan to the edges. In this way, we form an improvised pizza crust with the thickest layer of dough on the sides and the narrowest in the center.

Using a brush, apply a layer of ketchup or tomato sauce to the dough.

Add filling according to your own taste. I add tomatoes and 2 types of salami. There is an aspect to the use of tomatoes in making pizza in a frying pan - their juice saturates the dough, and the finished crust comes out a little wet. If you don’t really like this result, you can remove the seeds from the tomatoes in advance or completely exclude them from the interior composition.

I lightly crush any slice of salami with my fingers beforehand, so that the surface of the finished pizza is a little more textured. When adding filling, try not to fill the dough one hundred percent, leaving little free space between the pieces.

Sprinkle the filling with a thick layer of grated cheese, add another 1-2 pinches of dried herbs, a little salt and ground dark pepper.

Cover the pan with a lid and cook the pizza over low heat for 15-25 minutes until the cheese is spread and the crust is lightly browned on the sides.

Turn off the heat, transfer the pizza to a plate, garnish with a pinch of basil or other fresh herbs and serve.

Pizza “Just a minute in the pan is ready! Bon appetit!

Pizza “Minutka” is a good dish for bachelors, students and quitters. Pizza “Minutka” is prepared in almost no time, but its taste can hardly be distinguished from regular pizza. Simple recipe.

Manufacturing Description:

Almost everyone loves pizza, but preparing it yourself is time-consuming and lazy (especially if you make the dough yourself), and not many people can afford to go to a pizzeria every time. But that's not a reason not to eat pizza, right?

The solution to this problem is “Minute” pizza. A regular Minutka pizza recipe will not cause any difficulties even for the most inexperienced cooks and will not require a huge amount of time or energy. Making Minutka pizza is no more difficult than creating a sandwich. But the taste of this pizza comes out quite good. The pizza may not turn out perfect the first time, but once you get the hang of it, you’ll cook tastier than in Fortuna’s pizzerias!

Ingredients:

  • Egg - 2 pieces
  • Mayonnaise - 4 tbsp. spoons
  • Sour cream - 4 tbsp. spoons
  • Flour - 9 tbsp. spoons
  • Cheese – 150 G
  • Sausage – 100 Gr
  • Tomato – 1 piece
  • Salt - - To taste

I did everything according to the recipe, just added onions, it turned out great

Delicious pizza, but you need at least 30-40 minutes! both on the lowest heat, and on a non-stick coated frying pan, because it will burn on a metal one

I made pizza specifically according to this recipe, in a large frying pan with thick walls, everything turned out great! It was fast (it took 15 minutes) and very tasty, the kids were in ecstasy! Thanks for the recipe, I'll add it to my collection.

It’s very tasty, I’m 13 years old and I was able to cook this pizza for the whole family myself. I like it

The bottom is burnt and the top is raw!

You need to slowly create over low heat

It didn't work out!

I don’t have tomatoes because the child doesn’t eat them. Delicious and fast

nothing to do with pizza really. nothing at all

Whatever people come up with, they already put sour cream

I cooked it in a small frying pan, the layer of “dough” was thick. The bottom was browned, the top was liquid, I knew it, so I didn’t rush with the cheese. I tossed the flatbread with a spatula, turned it over, everything sizzles for 3 minutes, throw the flatbread back, sprinkle cheese, close the lid, turn down the heat.

I make pizza like this: 5 tbsp. spoons of sour cream, salt, 9 tablespoons of flour without a slide! I stir everything, the dough comes out like pancakes, then everything is as written and immediately under the lid on a small fire. The cheese has melted - the pizza is ready!

Ya v4era priqotovila tolko dobavila sodu poqawennoy v uksuse, vse otli4no polu4ilos,iv duxovke ispekla 30 minut. vse super. spasibkiiiiiii

I would like to say that the recipe is for everyone who loves this kind of dough. I did everything according to the recipe, only at the end I put the pizza in the microwave, because the dough was raw. I agree with the comments, without a doubt it is necessary to add either soda or baking powder and It’s better to bake in the oven. It’s a pity that I read the comments late

I add a pinch of baking powder to the dough and bake it in the oven. Very tasty pizza comes out, very tender dough

I often use this recipe. But I would like to add some useful points. First, I cut 100 grams of sausage thinly. and 1 tomato (half rings), 1 salted cucumber (or pickled). Grind on a large grater 100-150 gr. cheese (any kind). Then I prepare the dough in a bowl for one pan: 1 egg, 4 tbsp. l. kefir (you can use curdled milk), a pinch of salt, 1/3 tsp soda (quenched with table vinegar), 5-6 tbsp flour. Stir until smooth. Pour the dough into a cool (or slightly heated) frying pan. I level it from the middle to the edges. Pour 2 tbsp tomato sauce on top. I level the sauce from the middle to the edges, and the bottom dough layer is immediately leveled. I spread the sausage in a circle on top, pressing it slightly into the dough, then cucumbers and tomatoes. I sprinkle cheese on top. I put the frying pan on low heat. I immediately close the lid and bake for 10-12 minutes without looking under the lid. Then I look to see if the bottom of the flatbread is baked. I don’t pay attention to the cheese, as long as the bottom is not burnt, but slightly browned. I carefully remove the pizza with 2 spatulas onto a dish prepared in advance (or a huge flat plate). I put the plate in the microwave right away. I close the top with a cap. I bake for 2-3 minutes. And the cheese melts and the dough bakes. The most important thing is that the bottom of the flatbread is not burnt. After all, there are different types of cheese. While you wait for the cheese to melt, the bottom will burn like coal. And everything is fine. It is necessary not to leave the frying pan and create everything in time. This is the advice. Pizza can be baked with any product (innards), but working with the dough is always the same. My husband loves everything with berries. Aleftina.

There are some little tricks. It’s better to add watery margarine and dry yeast to the flour (eggs are not needed unless it’s just the yolk, because the white makes the dough hard and not elastic. First heat the frying pan over high heat, and then reduce to low and lay out the flatbread Spread the sauce on the frying pan (ketchup + mayonnaise + pizza seasoning, prepare this sauce in a cup) and then all the products (tomatoes, sausage or seafood, cheese) and immediately cover with a lid, creating a thermal effect. And the pizza will brown on the bottom and will bake and the cheese will melt in the required time!

I love pizza and make it quite often. but this pfft. about nothing!

I tried to create it! Good enough!)

The pizza is quite okay)) I’ve made it twice already. but I put it in the oven... and in principle it cooks well)

Is it like you just pour it into a frying pan and into the oven? Does the dough bake well?

You need to immediately cover with a lid and set the heat to medium. Then it turns out normal))

If the dough comes out runny, add more flour. Everything worked out just fine for me!)

I agree, the main thing here is to take your time and let the pizza sit under the lid, and then the dough will be soft and the cheese will melt perfectly

I tried to mix it with the guys in the dorm now, it turned out completely edible)) the main thing is to keep it longer under the lid on a slow fire so that the dough is ready

Hello! I made pizza according to recipe number 1. It’s just super. Such a delicious pizza, mine ate it instantly))) I had to make 2 more batches. Only I smeared one with hot sauce instead of ketchup, because my husband loves spicy things. It's also quite tasty. And I also added bell pepper to one of the pizzas, and fried champignons with onions to the second. It's just very tasty. And you don't have to bother with the dough. Roll it out, transfer it. And bake. The dough comes out thin and tasty. Now I will constantly create pizza like this! Just a find! Lena, thank you so much for the recipe. It’s a pity it’s not allowed to insert a photo to show what kind of pizza came out))

Anna, hello! I am very glad that you liked pizza! I also cook this way most often! If I cook for my husband and I, I coat it with “Bamboo Trunk” sweet sauce. Even though it is called that, it is islandish. And I add bell pepper and herbs. But the kids don’t like it with peppers and herbs, so I smear it with ketchup and don’t add anything other than tomatoes, ham and cheese.

Hello! I never thought that it was possible to cook such delicious pizza in a frying pan, it turned out incredibly tasty and there was no red tape, thank you very much, the family is in ecstasy.

Hello! I am very pleased that your family liked it! Pizza really cooks very quickly, and is in no way inferior to one cooked in the oven.

Hello. Yes, it really is real pizza! I never thought that you could just fry it for 10 minutes and it’s done – SUPER. Thank you.

Hello! Yes, the pizza really comes out delicious and cooks quickly. Glad you liked the recipe
