  • Butter – 100 gr.
  • Sugar – 200 gr. (small)

  • Baked milk – 60 ml.
  • Flour – 400 gr.
  • Baking powder – 1 tsp.

All ingredients should be consumed warm (room temperature).

Beat butter and sugar until smooth and light.

Shake the egg in a separate bowl. We put 70 percent into the dough, and leave the other 30 to grease the cookies before baking.

Step-by-step production

  1. Drive 3 chicken eggs into a deep container and mix them well with a whisk (do not beat until foam forms, but specifically mix until the mixture is homogeneous).
  2. Add 2 tsp to the eggs. vanilla sugar and 1 small pinch of salt. Mix.
  3. Then we start adding 250 g of sugar. This needs to be done in three steps, each time carefully stirring the egg mixture, as if grinding the sugar. This takes about 5 – 8 minutes. You need to continue this manipulation until the egg mixture becomes homogeneous and turns slightly white.

  12. Divide the dough into 4 - 6 parts and form each into an oblong “sausage” that would easily fit into the hole in the meat grinder.
  13. Pass each of the “sausages” through a meat grinder.
  14. Using a knife, divide the purchased “tentacles” into small fragments about 6–8 cm long and 3–5 cm wide and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment at a distance of about 2 cm from each other.
