- three chicken breasts;
- 1 kg of potatoes;
- 300 g sour cream;
- a tablespoon of vegetable oil;
- four cloves of garlic;
- ground dark pepper;
- aromatic peppercorns;
- curry;
- salt;
- seasoning for chicken.
- Separate the breast fillet from the bones and skin.
- Cut the potatoes into not very small bars or cubes.
- Add crushed garlic, ground pepper, curry, chicken seasoning and salt to the sour cream and mix well.
- Grease the bottom and walls of the multicooker bowl to a height of 3 cm with vegetable oil.

- Cut the ingredients: onion into rings; potatoes, chicken, zucchini and tomatoes - cubes; pepper - slices.

- Wash the chicken breast and wipe dry. Cut it into small slices. Pour a sufficient amount of sunflower oil into the bottom of the multicooker bowl and turn on the “Frying” (or “Baking”) mode. At one point I wanted to cook something consisting of my favorite products. So the question arose: how to cook potatoes baked with chicken in a slow cooker? From the first days of using a multicooker, this accessory proved itself to be incredibly successful and reliable, and some culinary creations there turned out even tastier than in a frying pan or in the oven. Our family has already tried potatoes with meat in the oven, so we decided to bake the same thing in a slow cooker.
Let's prepare the necessary products for making potatoes baked with chicken in a slow cooker: chicken, a few vegetables, salt, spices, butter.
Rinse the chicken fillet and trim off everything that you don’t like - pieces of fat, maybe cartilage, remnants of bones, skins. Cut the meat arbitrarily - for example, into medium-sized cubes.
The potatoes must be peeled and washed, then cut as desired, but a little smaller than the meat.
Remove the skins from the onion and garlic, then chop. The onion can be cut into halves of rings, and the garlic can be passed through a press or finely chopped. Press with your hands to release the juice from the vegetables.
Place pieces of chicken fillet into a bowl with onion and garlic, stir and let marinate for at least an hour, but longer. If you don’t have time, you don’t have to marinate.
After some time, grease the multicooker bowl with vegetable oil. Place chopped potatoes and chicken with garlic and onions there. Salt everything well and sprinkle with spices, stir.
