The pizza must be placed in the oven at 180 degrees. Bake until the edges of the dough are golden. Serve hot.
Pizza “Traditional” in Italian
Knead the dough from 2.5 cups of flour sifted through a sieve, a glass of warm water, a couple of tablespoons of olive oil, a packet of rapid dry yeast, a teaspoon of salt.

To this pizza you can add halves of olives, olives, ham, cut into strips, or other types of meat, for example, smoked chicken, carbonate, pieces of boiled beef. But traditional Italian pizza with oregano and basil is prepared this way.

Products for the inside:

- salt;
- garlic - 3 cloves;
- mozzarella cheese - 130-150 g;
- basil;
- ground pepper;
- olive oil - 2 tbsp.
Prepare pizza dough. To do this, place sweet sand and yeast in a plate with heated water and mix well. Let the sourdough stand for approximately 15 minutes until foam appears on it.
Add olive oil to the prepared yeast mixture, add a little flour and mix everything. Sprinkle flour evenly into a cup, knead into a soft, pliable, not very stiff dough and let it rise for about 1 hour. Then knead the dough with your hands and leave it to rise for another half hour.
Prepare sauce for homemade pizza “Margherita” using the following technology:
- Wash the tomatoes under running water. Create cross cuts on their stalks. Place the tomatoes for 2 minutes. in boiling water and remove their skins.
- Grind the tomatoes in a blender or cut them into small cubes. Finely chop the garlic.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Put the tomatoes there and simmer them over low heat for about 20-40 minutes. until thickened.
- Pour pepper and salt into the sauce, put chopped garlic in it. Add a little sugar to the dressing. Mix everything well again and simmer the sauce for about 5 minutes.
Cool the finished sauce before using it. This condition is indispensable, since it is not allowed to use hot filling for Margarita.
Create the pizza topping. Grate the cheese for Margarita on a small grater, and wash and dry the basil leaves.
Knead the risen dough with your hands and cut into two uniform parts. Roll one of the parts into a flat cake, the thickness of which should be no more than 3 mm. Also divide the sauce into 2 parts.
Lightly flour a baking sheet. Transfer the flatbread to it and coat it with sauce. Place basil leaves on top of the pizza.
Preheat the oven to 250°C. Place the pie in the cupboard and keep it there for about 7 minutes. Remove the pizza from the oven, sprinkle with cheese and bake again for 2-3 minutes.
After the first pizza is ready, you can start baking a second identical pie from the remaining dough.
Pizza with onions and ham step by step
- yeast dough - 300 g;
- onion - 4 pcs;
- cheese—100 g;
- little milk;
- ham - 150 g;
- butter - 1 tbsp;
- salt.
For the inside, chop the onion into thin rings and simmer it in butter. Cut the ham into narrow strips. Prepare the sauce by beating eggs with milk and adding grated cheese to the mixture.
Roll out the dough into a flat cake and transfer it to a greased baking sheet. Coat the layer with egg-cheese sauce. Place ham strips on pizza. Place the pie in the oven at 180°C and bake until the sauce thickens.
This version of pizza is recommended to be served hot. The cheese should stretch when cutting into slices. With frozen cheese, such a pizza will also be tasty, but not as fragrant.
Lavash pizza recipe
- lavash - 2 medium sheets;
- hard cheese - 200 g;
- ham - 200 g;
- pickled cucumbers - 100 g;
- eggs - 3 pcs;
- ketchup - 80 g;
- mayonnaise - 100 g.
Prepare the pizza filling. Boil the eggs, wash the pickles and cut into small cubes. Carefully cut the ham into strips. Grate the cheese on a large grater, finely chop the greens. Prepare the sauce by mixing finely chopped eggs with mayonnaise.
Create your own pizza:
- Spread the pita bread on a baking sheet and cut its edges with scissors. Scatter ½ of the grated cheese over the pita bread. If desired, the cheese can be coated with mayonnaise. In this case, the pizza in the future will turn out to be the most tender and soft.
- Cover the first flatbread with the second one and coat it with ketchup. Place the filling made from ham and cucumbers on the flatbread.
Bake the pizza in an oven preheated to 180°C for approximately 15 minutes. until the cheese melts. After 15 min. Remove the pie from the oven, pour in the sauce and bake again for a couple of minutes.
As soon as the sauce thickens, remove the pizza from the oven and sprinkle with grated cheese. Place the pie back in the oven for about 2-3 more minutes. until the cheese melts.
Mushroom pizza: step by step recipe
- yeast dough with added eggs - 200 g;
- hard cheese - 175 g;
- pizza spices;
- marinated champignons - half a jar;
- mayonnaise and ketchup - 1.5 tbsp each;
- parsley.
Knead the dough for mushroom pizza:
- Mix 70-80 g each of soft and coarse flour. Mix salt, sugar and yeast into flour.
- Beat a couple of eggs with olive oil, add water and pour everything into the flour.
- Knead a soft dough and let it rise for about 45 minutes.

Bake the mushroom pizza in the oven at 180°C for approximately 15 minutes. After the pie is cooked, remove it from the baking sheet using a long spatula, and then “shake it off” onto a large cutting board.
Pizza with fresh dough
Ingredients for the dough:
- wheat flour - 250 g;
- sugar - 1 tsp;
- butter - 50 g;
- eggs - 2 pcs;
- sour cream - 100 g;
- soda - 1 tsp;
- little salt.
Ingredients for the inside:
- fresh mushrooms - 400 g;
- boiled eggs - 2 pcs;
- parmesan cheese - 50 g;
- vegetable oil - 30 g;
- green onions - 80 g;
- salt.
Chop the mushrooms into pieces and boil in salted water for 15 minutes. Place the champignons in a colander, drain the water and fry in a frying pan with the lid closed until cooked. Finely chop the onion and eggs, mix with fried champignons and salt the resulting mass to taste.
Prepare unleavened dough. To do this, chop the cooled butter into small cubes with a knife and mix with flour and soda. Break the eggs into a bowl, and stirring constantly, dissolve the salt and sugar into them. Pour the eggs into the flour and butter. Add sour cream evenly to the dough and quickly knead it for 20-30 seconds.
Roll out the prepared dough into a layer and place on a baking sheet sprinkled with flour. Carefully distribute the filling over the flatbread and sprinkle the cheese, grated on a small grater, on top.
To bake the pizza, preheat the oven to 180°C. Keep the cake in the cupboard for no more than 15 minutes so that it does not dry out. Serve the mushroom pizza hot.
Pizza with puff pastry
- puff pastry, yeast or unleavened - 500 g;
- cheese - 300-350 g;
- sausage - 15 pieces;
- olives - 10 pcs;
- olive oil - 1 tbsp;
- tomatoes - 5 pcs.
Remove the dough from the packaging and defrost for 30-60 minutes. In this case, it will be easier to roll out next time.
Prepare the filling by cutting the sausage, olives and tomatoes into cubes and grating the cheese on a small grater. Roll out the defrosted dough into a rectangle 27 cm wide and 37 cm long. 4. Next, grease the workpiece with sauce, lay sliced mushrooms, sausage rings, then pieces of mozzarella on top and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
5. A couple of minutes before cooking, sprinkle the pizza with grated Parmesan and bring it to readiness.
6. Using the same principle, we make the second pizza.
From puff pastry
- Yeast-free puff pastry – 300 g
- boiled sausage - 100 gr
- tomatoes - 1 pc.
- cheese - 70 gr
- ketchup and mayonnaise.
Roll the puff pastry into a circle with a rolling pin, choose the thickness yourself as you wish.
Then we cut off the excess edges from it and put it in a baking dish, previously lined with parchment paper.
Now combine ketchup with mayonnaise in a container, mix and carefully grease the dough with it.
Cut the sausage into strips and place on top of the sauce.
Next come pieces of tomatoes, which we sprinkle on top with cheese grated on a large grater and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
Cut the finished dish into portions and serve.
