So, let's get started! I prepare the products according to the list.

Wash the salmon, remove the skin and bones, cut into large pieces.

Then I cut the fish into slices about 5-7 mm wide.

Place the salmon slices in a bowl, add salt and dark ground pepper to taste, and lemon juice. I mix the ingredients and set the bowl aside.

I peel and wash the potatoes.

I cut the potatoes into slices 3-4 mm wide.

Place the cooked potatoes in cool salted water, bring to a boil, cook for 2-3 minutes and remove into a bowl using a slotted spoon.
