Now let's move on to the internals. Wash the mushrooms, peel, cut into slices, add salt and pepper, and fry in a frying pan with oil for 7 minutes.

Chop the shred into strips.

Wash the tomatoes and cut into slices.

Next, take the onion, remove the skins, and cut into rings.

Take out a baking sheet, lay down parchment, sprinkle with flour, pour in the dough, smooth over the surface, form sides.

    If you love pizza, but don’t want to spend a lot of time fiddling with the dough, use this recipe. The base of this pizza is a liquid dough, which is prepared from kefir, eggs, salt, sugar, soda and flour in a matter of minutes. I used ketchup, tomatoes, sausage and cheese as the inside for a pizza made from watery kefir dough. It turned out very tasty and juicy. I recommend trying it.

    Prepare the necessary products for making the dough.

    Beat the eggs into a suitable bowl, add salt and sugar. Mix everything well with a whisk.

    Pour in the drink at room temperature.

    Add soda and mix again.

    Add the sifted flour and use a spoon to knead into a homogeneous dough.

    The mixture should turn out like thick homemade sour cream. Prepare the necessary products for the inside.

    Line a baking pan (mine size is 20x20 cm) with parchment, lay out half of the dough and smooth it out. From this amount of dough you can make two small pizzas or one huge one, covering the entire baking sheet. I chose option 1.

    Grease the dough with ketchup.

    Place thinly sliced ​​tomatoes and add a little salt.

    Place sausage on top of tomatoes.

    Sprinkle generously with grated cheese on top.

    Bake pizza from watery kefir dough in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 20-25 minutes. Baking time will depend on your oven. Remove the finished pizza from the pan and serve.

There are also a huge number of non-standard recipes for fried dough. Now you have one of them - on kefir. This type of dough can be called watery because it is not rolled out, but poured into the form in which the pizza will be baked. But the inside will not drown in it. Everything will work out as it should - separate the dough, separate the inside, it won't mix.

    As for the taste, it reminds me of dough for jellied (filled) pies, so that’s what it is. If you need it quickly, this recipe is worth having in your own piggy bank. The pizza base comes out thick, fluffy and soft. The other ingredients of the pizza can be whatever you like. Below I will offer my own version step by step, but we will focus specifically on the test.

    • flour - 170 g;
    • mayonnaise - 2 tbsp;
    • eggs - 1 piece;
    • salt - 1/4 tsp;
    • soda - 0.5 tsp;
    • sugar - a pinch.

    • raw minced meat - 150 g;
    • doctor's sausage - 100 g;
    • smoked sausage - 100 g;

    How to prepare batter for pizza with kefir

    1. Pour the drink into a bowl. Break the eggs, pour salt, sugar, soda into the drink.
    2. Add mayonnaise.
    3. Mix with a whisk until smooth.
    4. Add flour.
    5. Mix and get our batter.
    6. You see, it cooks very quickly, so it’s purposeful to prepare it first - cut all the ingredients, grate the cheese. My tenderloin is sausage cubes. Onion - in half rings. Cheeses - grated. Tomatoes - into thin slices. I leave the minced meat raw.
    7. Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil.
    8. Pour in the pizza dough. Because it is liquid, we distribute it not with our hands, but with a spoon over the surface as in the photo. The thickness of the layer with such a diameter is less than 1 centimeter.
    9. Spread pizza sauce over it. By the way, you can see how to make a simple sauce from tomato paste here.
    10. To separate the wet filling from the dough and so that it bakes perfectly, especially since it is liquid, sprinkle a layer of hard cheese on top of the sauce. Once melted, it will create something like a film that will prevent the dough from getting soggy.
    11. Then we distribute the minced meat.
    12. On it - an onion. Salt and pepper.
    13. We lay out both types of sausage.
    14. Then - tomato slices.
    15. We finish with soft cheese.
    16. Send to bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Watch the condition of the pizza; it may take more or less time, depending on your criteria.
