Your child should cook with the least amount of spices and should not eat foods with high fat content. Minced meat casserole for children is made in a few steps. First you need to prepare the ingredients:

  • minced meat (it is better to cook it yourself from pork and beef, chicken will do) – 800 g;
  • carrots (medium) – 1 piece;
  • onion (turnip) – 1 piece
  • sour cream – 70-80 g (about 4 tablespoons);
  • rice – 350-400 gr.

Two eggs and salt will also come in handy. The casserole recipe for 2-year-old children allows you to add a little pepper. It is worth keeping in mind that pork is introduced into the baby’s diet after one and a half years of age.

First, the rice is cooked; you need to bring it to readiness by adding twice as much water to the pan as the cereal. Add a little salt at the end. It is important that the rice does not look like porridge. It's better to let it be slightly undercooked than sticky.

Finely chop the onion, set half of it aside, and grate the carrots. Lightly fry the vegetables with butter, butter or sunflower oil, add a little salt. Keep in mind that olive oil is considered the most healthy, but you should not use it for frying, it releases harmful substances. It is recommended to add it to dishes as a dressing. The vegetables in the pan should become slightly transparent. After this, mix them with the prepared rice, previously washed.

To make the meat casserole for your baby juicy and tender, you need to prepare the sauce. To do this, mix the eggs with sour cream and beat comfortably with a mixer. Pour half the mixture into the rice mixture. Add the remaining onions and spices to the minced meat and assemble the dish. Rice is moderately distributed on an oil pan or mold, then the cooked minced meat, which must be poured on top with the second part of the sauce.

All that remains is to preheat the oven to 180-190 degrees and place the dish in it. After 70-80 minutes, the casserole with meat for children is ready, you need to cool it and serve it. You can decorate it with herbs, offer your baby sour cream and the freshest vegetables.

The casserole recipe for children under one year old will be slightly different.

A meat casserole for a one-year-old baby may contain an insignificant amount of salt. Preparatory frying of goods should also be avoided. You can stew the vegetables a little so that they become soft.

This particular meat casserole is prepared for children in kindergarten. The dish is tender, healthy, and does not contain fried or languid ingredients. It can also be used for an adult table. The base contains potatoes and beef. Minced meat is made from boiled meat. From this quantity of goods you will get 10 servings of baby casserole with minced meat. Each size is 100 grams.

Step-by-step recipe for traditional baby casserole with minced meat

Let's start with meat. We wash the beef and can cut it into several pieces. Place in water and cook for approximately two hours. If you plan to use the broth for children's soup, you can change the water after boiling. After two hours, add the peeled onion to the meat. We cook for another half hour.

Peel the potatoes and boil them using the usual method in another saucepan. Then drain all the liquid, mash the tubers, add hot milk. There is no need to pour everything in at once, add it in parts and stir. If the potatoes come out a bit runny, limit yourself to 150 ml of milk.

Beat the egg with salt and add to the potatoes. Grind the meat and boiled onions through a meat grinder, season the minced meat with salt.

Place the puree into a greased mold and make a layer of half the potatoes. We put boiled minced meat on it, and then potatoes again. Smooth the top and pour melted butter.

Place the casserole in the oven. It will cook in just 15 minutes at 200 degrees. We need to lightly brown the potato top layer and bake the egg. After this, take it out, let it cool slightly, and serve it warm to the children's table.

If the casserole is intended for older children, you can lightly sprinkle the top layer with grated cheese before putting it in the oven. For this amount of goods, 20-30 grams is enough.

Option 2: Frisky recipe for baby casserole with minced meat

This casserole is prepared even faster than the previous version. It specifically uses raw minced meat. It is better to take beef and twist it without the help of others at home.   • 200 g vermicelli;

How to quickly cook baby casserole with minced meat

Boil about one and a half liters of water, add a spoonful of salt and small vermicelli. Stir immediately so that it does not stick together. Then boil for about 3 minutes. Drain into a colander.

We wash the beef, grind it once through a meat grinder, and then a second time together with the onion. Or put everything together in a chopper and beat until smooth. Add a pinch of salt.

Beat the egg and milk, they can also be lightly salted. Grease the casserole dish with a piece of butter. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Pour half the noodles into the mold, place a layer of minced meat on it, and cover with the remaining pasta. Pour all this with milk and eggs.

Cover the mold with foil. Cook in the oven for 35 minutes. Remove the foil and cook for another 5-8 minutes. You don’t have to open it, bring it to full readiness under the cover.

This children's casserole can be prepared not with noodles, but with other small products. Pasta left over from lunch or dinner is good.

Option 3: Children's casserole with minced meat (fish)

You can prepare children's casseroles not only with beef, but also with fish. This valuable product will be an excellent source of proteins and valuable minerals. Cod is perfect for a child's diet. The number of fillets is indicated. Here's another recipe with potatoes.

Ingredients

  • 8 potatoes;
  • 400 g cod;
  • 80 g onion;
  • 200 ml milk;
  • 1 testicle;

  • 30 g butter.

How to cook

Let the potatoes cook. You can cook the tubers completely or cut them into several parts, but be sure to peel and thoroughly wash them.

Boil the milk and add salt. Drain the water from the potatoes, knead them, add milk. Let the puree cool slightly and add the beaten egg. We leave.

Chop the onion and cod fillet. You can simply twist it through a meat grinder. Or beat it with a food processor.

Take 10 grams of butter and grease the inside of the mold. Spread mashed potatoes with eggs, then minced cod fish, cover with a new layer of potatoes.

We take the smallest and youngest zucchini. Wash and cut into three mm pieces. If the skin is no longer completely soft, it is better to peel it. Pour half the slices into a greased pan, lay them out, then add the minced meat. Cover it with the remaining zucchini.

Beat the eggs and milk and pour on top of the dish. It is possible to add hard cheese, but not all children love it baked, this must be taken into account.

Place the pan with the zucchini and minced meat in the oven. Cook until the vegetable is soft, check with a regular puncture. Temperature 170 degrees. The casserole will take about half an hour to cook.

How to cook

Boil the meat together with a small onion and chop. Peel and boil the potatoes, pound with a pestle, mix with milk and eggs, and add salt.

Place the broccoli in boiling water for almost two minutes. Frozen inflorescences are often used; they are also suitable. If the inflorescences are large, then cut or break into small pieces.

Grease the form. You can lightly sprinkle with flour or crackers. Lay out the potatoes, about half of them, level them, place the twisted meat and onions on it, and scatter the broccoli florets over it.

Now carefully lay out the remaining mashed potatoes in parts. We try to fill all the voids between the broccoli florets. Then we simply smooth the top with a spoon.

The butter needs to be melted or just softened perfectly. You can simply warm it up slightly in the microwave. Grease the top potato layer.

All that remains is to put the baby dish in the oven. The casserole will be ready in 15-20 minutes. The same amount of time will be needed to cool the dish to a temperature comfortable for the baby.

You can create such a children's casserole with cauliflower; it is prepared in the same way; the vegetable is also useful for children, does not have a pronounced color and is combined with potatoes. In some cases, this may become its advantage.

This dish is very convenient to prepare, because it combines both a side dish and a hot dish in one piece, and the taste is very juicy and tender.
To prepare just such a casserole as in a kindergarten, I looked into a collection of kindergarten recipes, or more precisely, into a technological map. The most curious thing that kindergarten standards require of us is the height of the casserole, it does not have to exceed 4 cm.
Well, for adults, such a dish can be seasoned with your favorite sauces to taste, ketchup, mustard, horseradish or sour cream, sprinkled with fresh herbs or supplemented with marinades.

3 I used minced beef, but it’s better to use a whole piece of beef. Boil the beef until soft and cool slightly. Peel and cut the onion as desired, sauté the onion in vegetable oil until it has a pleasant, appropriate aroma. Since I had minced meat, I fried the onion, added minced meat and simmered everything perfectly under the lid with a small amount of water. The filling must be passed through a meat grinder and salt to taste.

4 Grease the mold well with butter and sprinkle with a little breadcrumbs. spread the first layer of mashed potatoes.
