  4. Again, mix everything thoroughly, add salt and add dark ground pepper to taste. The finished food must have a thick and uniform consistency.

Ingredients

Cream (10%-33%) 100 ml
Butter 40 g
Hard cheese 30 g
Milk 25 ml
Starch 3/4 tsp.

  1. In a small plate, mix 25 ml of milk and 3/4 tsp. starch. Stir well so that there are no lumps.
  2. We put the frying pan on the fire and give it time to warm up. We send there 50 g of butter.
  3. When the butter has melted slightly, pour in 100 ml of cream 10% -33%.
  4. Grate 30 g of hard cheese on a large grater and add it to the rest of the ingredients. Stirring constantly, cook the creamy cheese mass until the cheese is completely dissolved, homogeneous and slightly liquid.
  5. Cook the mixture over low heat; under no circumstances should it burn. Add the previously prepared mixture of milk and starch. Stirring it constantly, cook until thickened. Once the sauce has noticeably thickened, add 1/2 tsp. dark ground pepper. Mix vigorously again so that the pepper is distributed throughout the entire sauce mass.
  6. Turn off the heat in the pan and stir the sauce for a few minutes.
