Salad with beans, corn, chicken, etc.

I really like this salad recipe. This salad can be served as a separate dish. All the beauty is in the salad, it is without mayonnaise. The selection of ingredients is quite good. Try it – it’s quite tasty.

  • 2 chicken fillets
  • 1 can canned corn
  • 1 can canned red beans
  • medium greenish pepper
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 1 medium onion
  • parsley
  • chicken seasoning
  • 1/3 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 3 tbsp. vinegar
  • 3 tbsp. mustard
  • 2 tbsp watery honey
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ½ tsp. thyme

Wash and dry the fillet, cut into cubes, sprinkle with seasoning.
Place in the refrigerator for 60 minutes, then fry. (I stewed in the juice that was released during frying)

Strain the corn and reddish beans.

Peel the green pepper, wash it and cut it into large cubes. Cut the tomatoes into large cubes and lightly squeeze out the juice. Peel the onion and cut into cubes.

Chop the parsley. Peel and crush the garlic. Add chicken

For the sauce, mix vinegar, oil, mustard, watery honey, crushed garlic and thyme and leave for 30 minutes.
Place chicken, corn, red beans, green peppers, tomatoes, parsley, onions in a bowl and pour in the sauce. (I didn’t add mustard - the kids don’t like it, I didn’t dare add honey either, I added everything else, it still turned out very tasty!)
