Here are the products for making meatballs in sour cream sauce. You can use any kind of minced meat for the meatballs: beef, mixed or chicken. Boil the rice ahead of time until almost done.

In a bowl, mix minced meat, egg, rice, onion (passed through a meat grinder), salt, pepper and garlic (passed through a press).
