Even small lumps should not be stirred; they will later disperse on their own. The point of all these manipulations is to prevent the formation of gluten in the dough (it appears when flour is mixed with liquid). The more you knead, the more gluten there will be, and properly the dough will become viscous. (remember, dough for yeast pies just needs to be kneaded for a long time).

For 10-12 muffins – 175 g. pitted cherries, 3 eggs, 150 gr. flour, 125 gr. butter, 100 gr. – sweet sand, 1 packet of vanilla sugar, 2 tbsp. milk and 0.5 tsp. baking powder.
