Charlotte is a universal dessert, both for everyday tea drinking and as a dessert after a hearty feast. To make baking a success, add margarine. All ingredients are readily available, and charlotte is very easy to prepare.

Ingredients:

  • two apples – 300 g;
  • two chicken eggs;
  • half a glass of sugar – 80 g;
  • margarine – 100 gr;
  • flour - a glass;
  • soda – 5 g;
  • vinegar to remove salt;
  • vegetable oil – 20 gr.

Step-by-step recipe for classic charlotte with margarine

Let's prepare the dough. Break the eggs into any container, start whisking and slowly add the sweet sand.

Margarine must be melted in advance. This can be done in the microwave or in a small saucepan.

Important: Cool the margarine before adding to the eggs, otherwise they will curdle.

Slowly pour in the margarine, stirring constantly with a whisk.

Quench the soda with vinegar and add to the dough, stir.

Add the flour to the eggs and margarine, beat with a whisk until it becomes watery sour cream.

Wash the apples, remove the skin and cores, and chop into pieces.

Grease a fireproof dish with a small amount of oil, add apples and sprinkle them with sugar.

Pour the dough over the entire filling. Make sure it gets into the most hidden corners.

Preheat the oven to 200°, place the mold in it and bake for about half an hour. A golden brown crust should form. Pierce the dough with a toothpick; if the particles do not stick, the charlotte is ready.

Important: Do not remove the baked goods from the mold as soon as they are cooked. Let it cool a little so that the charlotte does not fall apart.

Option 2: Charlotte with margarine - a quick recipe

It doesn’t take much time to prepare a tender charlotte. The main thing is to knead the dough correctly and do not cut the apples into large pieces. This recipe makes 6 servings and takes 40 minutes to make.

Ingredients:

  • three greenish apples;
  • one reddish apple;
  • wheat flour – 200 gr;
  • margarine – 50 g;
  • three chicken eggs;
  • a glass of sugar;
  • baking powder – 1 tsp. spoon;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • cinnamon – 6 gr.

How to quickly prepare charlotte with margarine

It’s not in vain that we took apples of different colors, some will be used for filling, the rest for decoration. In any case, they must be washed, seeds and hard core removed.

Cut greenish apples into small squares, reddish apples into thin slices.

Break the eggs, separate the whites from the yolks. We will need everything, but we will add it to the dough one at a time.

Using a mixer, beat the egg whites until fluffy.

Slowly pour the sweet sand into the foam.

Introduce any yolk into the dough separately.

Melt the margarine and add to the mixture. Stir constantly with a mixer.

Add vanilla and flour without ceasing to knead the dough. Next are baking powder and salt. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.

Grease a baking dish with butter, pour in a small amount of dough and add green apple filling.

Pour the remaining dough into the mold. We decorate the top of the charlotte with slices of reddish apple. Lay them out in lovely circles.

Be sure to brush the apple slices with butter and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.

Bake for 25 minutes at 200°.

The apples will caramelize, the dough will turn out breathtakingly tender.

Option 3: Honey charlotte with margarine

Among the usual ingredients we use are fructose, honey, anise and cinnamon. You have never tried such a tasty and fragrant charlotte. The recipe makes 8 servings.

Ingredients:

  • 6 apples;
  • fructose – 50 g;
  • margarine – 50 g;
  • bee honey – 100 g;
  • one chicken egg;
  • a glass of milk 3.2% fat;
  • premium flour – 120 g;
  • anise (star anise) – 1 piece;
  • a pinch of cinnamon.

How to cook

First, let's create the apple filling. They need to be rinsed, cut in half, and the tail and core cut off. Cut into thin slices.

Heat a frying pan and add margarine. When it becomes liquid, add star anise.

Add sugar to watery margarine. Stir until it dissolves.

Now add honey and stir.

Sprinkle chopped apples with cinnamon and add to the pan. Now mark a quarter of an hour. Stir the apples constantly until they caramelize.

Let's make the dough. Break the eggs into a bowl and sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Now pour in the milk and add the flour. Carry out all manipulations by beating the dough with a mixer. Add another spoonful of sugar and stir.

Grease the bottom of the baking dish with oil, pour in the filling with apples and then the dough.

Preheat the oven to 220° and bake for half an hour. If the dough browns earlier, you can turn off the oven after 20 minutes.

Tip: If you want to create an even bigger pie. Make twice as much dough. First, pour half of it into the bottom of the mold, then the filling and everything else. In this case, you need to bake 10-15 minutes longer.

Option 4: Charlotte with margarine and fig peaches

Instead of apples, use fig peaches; their sweetness will make the baked goods very tasty. The recipe makes 7 servings.

Ingredients:

  • three chicken eggs;
  • flour - 11 table. lodge;
  • vanilla - a bag;
  • fig peaches – 3 pcs;
  • margarine – 50 gr.

How to cook

Break the eggs into a bowl, add vanilla and beat with a whisk or mixer.

Sift the flour and add evenly to the beaten eggs, stirring constantly. It is very important to avoid lumps.

Rinse the peaches, remove the pits and cut into slices.

We will grease the baking dish not with butter, but with margarine.

  • 6 sour apples;
  • a glass of wheat flour;
  • sugar – 1 cup;
  • three chicken eggs;
  • cinnamon - 1 table. l;
  • baking powder – 10 g;
  • grated nuts – 30 gr.

Step by step recipe

Let's preheat the oven, temperature 200°. Immediately place the baking dish there.

Break the eggs into a bowl, sprinkle with sugar and beat until fluffy.

Flour must be added in small portions, stirring constantly. This way there will be fewer lumps. Knead the dough for another 7 minutes. It's easier to use a mixer.

Now is the time to add vanilla, cinnamon and baking powder and mix everything again.

Cut cored apples into thin slices or small cubes and add directly to the dough.

Remove the preheated pan from the oven and grease it with margarine.

Now take the ground nuts, mix them with a small amount of flour and sprinkle on top of the margarine.

Pour the dough into the container and bake for 40 minutes.

Note to the hostess: If desired, you can pour 50 grams of cognac into the dough; it will perfectly complement the taste of apples and nuts.

Option 6: Charlotte with margarine and raisins

In our recipe we use raisins; dried apricots are also suitable. The fluffy dough, the savory interior – no one can resist.

Ingredients:

  • seven apples;
  • raisins – 50 gr;
  • a glass of flour;
  • sugar – 150 gr;
  • three testicles;
  • soda – 5 g;
  • vinegar - 1 table. lodge;
  • cinnamon – 6 g;
  • margarine – 40 g;
  • breadcrumbs.

How to cook

Let's start with the savory dough. Mix eggs and sugar, beat until fluffy snow-white foam.

Add flour, mix with a whisk, soften all lumps.

Now you need to quench the soda with vinegar and add it to the dough.

Rinse the raisins under water, add to the resulting mixture, sprinkle with cinnamon. Mix everything again.

Wash the apples and remove the hard core. Cut into small pieces at random.

Grease the mold with margarine and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

Now add the apples and pour in the dough moderately.

Bake for half an hour at 180°.

Tip: After you put the filling in the baking dish, wait a couple of minutes so that the dough is completely distributed over the apples.

Plum pie

It is better to choose plums for the pie with elastic pulp, not overripe, so that during baking they do not turn into porridge.

  1. Beat softened margarine or butter with sugar and salt for 2 or 3 minutes.
  2. Add 2 eggs and continue beating.
  3. Pour the sifted flour mixed with baking powder into the whipped mass and stir.

There are a lot of apples in this pie, about 1 kg, they add juiciness and a special smell to the baked goods.

  • eggs – 3 pcs.;
  • flour – 200 g;
  • sugar – 100 g;
  • margarine – 150 g;
  • apples – 7 pcs.;
  • baking powder – 15 g.
  1. Beat the eggs, add vanillin and baking powder.
  2. Add softened margarine and flour with sugar to the eggs. Stir until smooth. The mass should turn out fluffy and snow-white.
  3. Grease a springform baking pan with margarine and sprinkle with flour. For the indicated quantity of goods, a 28 cm mold is suitable.
  4. Add small pieces of peeled and seeded apples to the dough.
  5. Place large pieces of apples on top of the pie for decoration.
  6. Place the mold with the dough and pieces of fruit in a perfectly preheated oven. Bake at 190°C for about 40 minutes. It may take more time, so be sure to check the readiness of the charlotte with a wooden stick.
  7. Remove the finished pie from the oven and brush with apricot confiture or jam. This will give the cake a pleasant apricot smell and a wonderful, glossy shine.

You can make charlotte from dough with margarine using different fruits or berries. The dough comes out richer than that of an ordinary charlotte, and no less tasty.

I tried many recipes, but something didn’t work))) Sometimes it’s burnt, sometimes it’s runny. And my mother-in-law always has such delicious food! I took the recipe from her and - oh, magic, it worked)))

Ingredients for “Charlotte from my beloved mother-in-law”:

  • Chicken egg - 2-3 pcs
  • Sugar - 1-1.5 cups.
  • Butter (margarine can be used) - 250 g
  • Soda - 1/2 tbsp. l.
  • Vanillin (I can do without it)
  • Apple (I take summer varieties) - 8-10 pcs.
  • Wheat flour / Flour (I take a little more) - 3 cups.

Recipe for “Charlotte from my beloved mother-in-law”:

place eggs with sugar in a food processor container (or mixer)

beat until the mass becomes snow-white and doubles in size

While the food processor is busy, I put margarine (drained butter) on a bowl without a rim, cut it into pieces and put it in the microwave

after 2.5 minutes the margarine is melted

pour the mixture from the food processor into the dough cup

pour margarine in a thin stream and stir

stir so that there are no lumps

the dough must be a mixture of thick sour cream (so that the spoon can stand)

I peel the apples and cut them, removing the core, into small cubes

Pour the apples into the dough and mix

pour the dough onto a baking sheet previously greased with oil (can be sunflower)

I put it in the oven, heated to 60-70 degrees (I have a gas oven)

Place the pie and wait until the temperature rises to 180 -200 * C - at the given temperature for us and bake. After 40 minutes the pie is ready.

ps based on this test I made charlotte with Chinese pear (which is yellowish and hard), it turned out absolutely well. Added one glass more sugar.

And yet, there must be a lot of apples. I usually take 10 -15 pcs. large (not brought from other countries).
