  • pickled cucumber - 1-2;
  • hard cheese – 50g;
  • mayonnaise - 3-4 tbsp;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • vegetable oil - 150ml.

How to make this Chinese cabbage salad with crab sticks

  1. Let's prepare two or three medium potatoes: peel and rinse them under water.
  2. Shred the potatoes using a Korean grater and place the strips in a saucepan with water. We wash the potatoes in several waters to remove all the starch.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry in small portions until golden brown. Transfer to a plate, lightly salt and set aside for a while.
  4. Thinly slice the cabbage for the salad. By the way, in the spring, Chinese cabbage can be replaced with young white cabbage.
