“Bombochki” pies will amaze you with their unforgettable taste! This is just a bomb, they are even tastier than pasties! The crispy dough mixes perfectly with fragrant tomatoes, curd innards, garlic and herbs, they turn out very juicy and fragrant! They can be prepared for breakfast or when guests arrive; they are very tasty both hot and cold. And this is just a godsend, like a good snack for those who are going on a picnic or at the seaside.
Dough:
Flour - 3.5 tbsp
Water (boiling water) - 1 tbsp
Rast.
butter - 4 tbsp Sugar - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Interior:
Tomatoes - 5 pcs
Cheese cheese (Adyghe cheese or cottage cheese) - 200 g
Garlic - 2 tooth
Greens
Salt
Prepare the filling in advance. Cut the tomatoes into slices. Mash the cheese with a fork, add salt if it’s cottage cheese, squeeze crushed garlic into it, add chopped herbs and mix.
Now let's do the test. Stir sugar and salt in water (boiling water), add vegetable oil. Mix water with flour and knead the dough well.
Roll out half the dough into a large, narrow sheet.
Place tomato slices on the dough no closer than 3 cm from each other.
Place the filling on the tomatoes.
Roll out the second layer of dough, cover the first one with the entrails.
Using a glass of suitable diameter, cut out the pies along the contours of each tomato circle, do the same with all the pies
Run your fingers along the sides of each cake so that they close together well.
Fry the pies in a large amount of hot vegetable oil on both sides.
Serve hot.
Mushroom bombs pies
Dough:
Flour - 3.5 tbsp
Water (boiling water) - 1 tbsp
Rast.
butter - 4 tbsp Sugar - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Inside:
Champignons - 300-400 g
Cheese - 150 g
Salt
Pour a glass of boiling water, butter into the flour, add salt and sugar.
Mix with a spoon, then knead with your hands when the dough has cooled slightly. Place the dough in the refrigerator, wrapped in a bag, for 10 minutes.
Rinse the champignons and remove the mushroom stems from the caps using rotational movements. Lightly salt on both sides. Place the caps on a baking sheet. The legs can also be baked and cut into the filling, or they can be removed to be used in another dish. Bake mushrooms at 200
220°C until wilted and fragrant, approximately 20 minutes. Remove the mushrooms from the oven and cool. If juice has formed in the caps, drain it and use it to flavor other dishes or to make sauce.
Take out the dough and divide into several parts, roll out each part and cut out circles larger than mushroom caps. The number of circles must be twice the number of mushrooms.
Place mushroom caps onto the dough circles.
Place cheese balls into the cavity of each cap (grate on a small grater and form into a ball).
Moisten the edges of the circles with water and cover with a second circle of dough, pinch well.
Moisten the edges again and create tucks in a circle, giving the appearance of stars.
Fry on both sides in bubbling oil.
Place on a napkin.

Step-by-step recipe for making “Bombochki” pies
“Bombochki” pies with tomatoes are very popular. They can be prepared any day or for a special occasion. They will be a good snack on a picnic or walk. The pies are prepared simply and quickly and do not require special culinary skills.

Water | 1 stack |
Vegetable oil | 1.5 stack. |
Sugar | 2 tsp. |
Salt | 1 tsp. |
Tomatoes | 600 g |
Mozzarella cheese | 300 g |
Garlic | 4-5 cloves |
Smoked sausage | 600 g |
Dill greens | 1 bunch |
Choosing the right products
- Mozzarella will be the perfect cheese for our dish, because it simply melts and stretches appetizingly while eating. Naturally, you can give preference to another cheese.
- Take the highest grade smoked sausage, to your own taste.
- Choose tomatoes with a small diameter, it is better that it coincides with the diameter of the sausage.
Step by step recipe
- Pour a glass of hot boiled water into a deep bowl.
- Add two teaspoons of sugar, one teaspoon of salt and 3-4 tablespoons of vegetable oil to boiling water.
- Add flour evenly and knead the dough. We will need approximately 3-4 cups of flour.
- The dough is elastic and does not stick to your hands.
- Cut 600 g of smoked sausage and 600 g of tomatoes into slices. It is better that the diameter of the tomatoes and sausage be similar.
- Grate 300 g of Mozzarella cheese on a small grater.
- Grind a bunch of dill and 4-5 cloves of garlic.
- Add chopped dill and garlic to the cheese and mix thoroughly.
- Divide the dough into two equal parts.
- Roll out one part into a narrow layer.
- Place tomatoes on the dough, approximately 2 cm apart.
- Place sausage and one teaspoon of cheese on top of the tomatoes.
- Roll out the second part of the dough and cover our product with it.
- Using a glass or cup of a suitable size, form round pies.
- On any pie, press down the edges with your fingers. We remove the excess dough and make the same pies from them.
- Heat the sunflower oil in a frying pan and fry the pies on both sides for about three minutes. Do you understand? While frying the pies, pour more oil into the pan, so they will acquire an appetizing golden crust. Be sure to turn them over while frying so that all sides are browned.
Decoration options
- These pies will be the perfect snack for kids . Almost all of them mistake the pies for mini-pizza.
- First, you can form turtles from the dough . This way the treat will be twice as tasty for the kids.
- The pies can be served with mashed potatoes or any first course . They can be eaten both cool and hot.
- Place an openwork napkin on a flat dish, place a pile of pies and garnish with sprigs of dill and parsley.

Bomb Pie Recipe
To make the dough, you just need to mix all the ingredients together: flour, water, vegetable oil, salt and sugar.
Before adding water to the dough, you need to boil it and add it in the form of boiling water.
We transfer the purchased tight plastic dough into a bowl, cover it with cling film and leave it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Cut the sausage into thin slices.
Grate the cheese, chop the dill and garlic and mix everything together.
Cut the tomatoes into slices.
It is better to choose tomatoes approximately the same diameter as the sausage.
Roll out half of the dough and lay out the filling in this order: tomatoes, sausage and a teaspoon of cheese with dill.
Roll out the second half of the dough and cover the first layer with this layer along with the entrails. Using a glass or cup of suitable diameter, squeeze out circles.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan or saucepan and fry the pies on both sides until lightly browned.
Ready-made pies can be served immediately, but I think they taste even better when cooled.
