Fish in foil in a slow cooker
Multicooker fish recipe
Ingredients
Trout | 420 g |
Onion | 2 pcs. |
Tomatoes | 2 pcs. |
Cheese | 50 g |
Khmeli-suneli | 2 g |
Sour cream | 30 g |
Salt | 2 g |
Pepper | 2 g |
How to choose the right ingredients
- The fish must be taken at first freshness, without darkening or unnatural spots. The smell should be without bitterness and acidity.
- Before production, fish must be properly cut. The fins, head, tail are certainly cut off and the entrails are cleared. Make sure to wash the fish both inside and out. There does not have to be a black film and blood (the internal environment of the human and animal body) inside the fish.
- Further as desired. You can cook the fish completely and stuff it. You can cut it into steaks or fillet it.
- It is better to choose fish with the least amount of bones. Fish cooked in a slow cooker is very warm, so if there are bones left in it, it will spoil the whole taste.
- Often before cooking, fish is marinated in various sauces and marinades.
Manufacturing sequence
- We clean, wash 420 g of trout and trim the head and fins. Cut the fish into two parts. Peel and cut 2 onions into rings. We also cut 2 tomatoes into rings.
- We fold the foil in a double layer into a rectangle in such a way that we can completely wrap a piece of our fish.
- Place one piece of fish in the center of the foil and rub with 1 g of suneli hops, 1 g of salt and 1 g of pepper.
- Lubricate our fish with 15 g of sour cream.
- Place half of the chopped onion and tomato on top of the sour cream.
- Cover the tomatoes with 25 g of cheese. You can grate it on a large grater, or you can put it in slices.
- We form the sides from foil in such a way that it looks like a boat.
- We do the same with the second piece of fish. Divide all ingredients equally into two pieces.
- Place our trout in the multicooker bowl and close the lid. Set the “Baking” mode for 35 minutes.
- After the time has passed, the dish is ready. Serve directly in boats so that the juice does not leak out.

Cooking fish in a slow cooker recipe
Dumplings with fish is a recipe that is prepared in the Russian Far East. So the locals, replacing meat with salmon, make a local version of the most beloved Russian dish. The Far East of Russia has always been an exotic region with a unique climate, landscape, flora and fauna, as well as traditions, including cuisine. The main fruits and vegetables that grow in most Russian household plots are imported to this region, because its formidable climate does not allow one to grow their own. Dairy products are also imported at the highest cost.

Now our menu includes fried cod in a slow cooker and regular sour cream sauce for it. Cod is a good fish, low in calories, with a high content of protein and amino acids, and, by the way, it is digestible better than any meat. People who often eat the meat of ocean fish given to us are unlikely to suffer from diseases of the gastrointestinal tract and iodine deficiency. And parents need to keep in mind that fish must definitely be in the baby’s diet. That’s why we cook fried cod in a slow cooker. .

Lenten lentil soup with tilapia or flounder is a good first course to vary the menu during fasting. If you want to make things easier, I suggest making this lentil soup in a slow cooker. For some reason, lentils have become an exotic crop in our time. But previously it was popular: it was eaten by both the poor and the rich. Lentils are a legume plant, so they could completely replace meat and bread for ordinary people. There are different types of lentils: greenish, brown and reddish. The first two types are the most resistant to cooking and have a nutty appearance.

Mackerel baked with vegetables - my first experience of making mackerel in a slow cooker. Not long ago I bought fresh frozen mackerel for the first time - before, I had never eaten it fried or baked, only salted. It turns out that it is not only salted and canned, but also boiled, fried and stewed. Mackerel is a good fish! It does not have small bones, it has fatty, tender meat. This fish mixes well with both sweet and sour sauces and vegetables. It is also a source of Omega-3 fatty acids, also vitamin (vitamins are a group of organic substances combined by chemical nature, united on the basis of their absolute necessity for a heterotrophic organism as an integral part of food) B 12. Therefore, I advise you to take this inexpensive one more often.

Mackerel baked in the oven with potatoes is an enchantingly delicious festive and at the same time Lenten dinner. While waiting for friends who were fasting, I was thinking about what to cook when frozen mackerel caught my eye. Baking it with potatoes seemed like a good idea to me. But the result eclipsed all expectations: mackerel baked in the oven with potatoes is a super wonderful dish for both Sunday dinner and everyday food, since it takes less than an hour to prepare, and the products themselves are completely cheap. Frozen mackerel.

Jambalaya, the recipe for which is presented on this page for us, is a dish from South America, also the South of the USA (the United States of America is a state in North America) . It was born among the Creoles (mixed ethnic societies), and then spread throughout South America. The popularity of jambalaya is evidenced by the fact that in South Texas, cowboys have a dance with the same name, as well as songs about this purely South American food. Moreover, in the state of Louisiana (USA (United States of America - a state in North America) ) every spring a jambalaya festival is held, where they sing, dance and try a huge number of variations of this dish. The name of jambalaya is associated with the word.

Cutlets from mashed potatoes (recipe in a frying pan) can be prepared with a variety of additives - with cheese, minced meat, fish. I like to cook them with canned fish, although you can use a variety of fish, including smoked. The dish comes out 100% lean, you can eat it both during fasting and for a healthy low-calorie diet (Diet is a set of rules for human consumption of food) . Canned food is not bad because you don’t need to boil it in advance; I just put the contents of 2 jars of canned fish in oil or in its juice on a sieve, strain off the liquid, and then press the fish into puree with a fork. Getting ready.
