INGREDIENTS:
- 500 g pork pulp
- 800 g potatoes
- 1 large onion
- 150 g cheese
- 3 tbsp. l. sour cream
- 3 tbsp. l. mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp. l. milk
- 2 cloves garlic
- 15 g butter

COOKING METHOD:
1. In order to cook roast pork in pots, wash the meat, dry it and cut it into small cubes.
2. Peel the onions and cut into quarter rings.
3. Salt, pepper and sprinkle the meat with any spices you wish, mix with onions and let stand for 15 - 20 minutes.
4. Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes, add salt.
Set aside two potatoes and cut into thin slices. 5. For the sauce, in a bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, milk and chopped garlic, add a little salt.

One pot dishes are quite popular in my family. In particular, I love roast meat. For all holidays, roast is always prepared, although the composition changes from time to time. I’ve cooked it with chicken and turkey, but the most popular one is probably pork, because we have this meat at home and often have a large supply in the freezer.
So, now we are preparing roast pork in pots.
For hot meat, it is necessary to fry it in advance, which means it will be better to marinate it for several hours. For the marinade this time I used homemade tomato juice.
The pork must be cut into cubes, put in a bowl, add meat seasoning and pour in tomato juice. Mix well and place onion rings on top. Cover the container with meat with a lid and put it in the refrigerator for 7-8 hours.
After the time has passed, start making hot food. Coarsely chop the champignons.
Heat a frying pan with a small amount of sunflower oil and lightly fry the mushrooms until golden brown.
Cut the potatoes into cubes, place in a bowl, add potato seasoning, salt, pepper and ground paprika. Stir the potatoes.
Remove the onion from the marinated pork and fry the meat in a small amount of sunflower oil until golden brown.
