Step-by-step recipe for making Boyarsky Salad with boiled pork with photo
This is how the dish is prepared:

Cut the boiled pork into small cubes.
Boil the eggs, cool, peel and chop using a fork.
Wash the tomatoes, wipe, cut into medium pieces.
Open a can of green peas and drain the juice.
Place boiled pork in a salad bowl, lightly press down the meat, brush with mayonnaise.
Sprinkle the meat with green peas.
Next add crushed eggs and mayonnaise again.

white cabbage - 200 g;

eggs - 4 pcs.;
boiled pork - 100 g;
sausage cheese-50 g;
apple - 1 pc.;
garlic - 2 teeth;
mayonnaise-4 tbsp.
This is how the delicacy is prepared:

Boil the potatoes, cool, peel and cut into small pieces.
Chop the boiled pork with sausage cheese into medium slices.
Chop the cabbage into pieces.
Grind the egg white.
Peel the apple, remove the core and seeds, cut into cubes.
Peel the garlic, cut into small pieces.
Open the can of corn, place it in a colander, and let the juices drain.

Salad recipe
- Cut the champignons into cubes, chop the onion and fry the mushrooms and onions in a small amount of butter until tender.
- Cut the boiled pork into thin cubes.

Prepare the ingredients for the Boyarsky salad with boiled pork and mushrooms. The eggs need to be boiled immediately until cooked.
Wipe the champignons with a damp cloth and cut into thin slices. Cut the onion into quarter rings.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the onions and mushrooms until soft. At the very end, add salt and pepper. Leave to cool.
Cut boiled pork into cubes.
Transfer the cooled mushrooms to a bowl, add chopped boiled pork. Cut the boiled eggs into cubes here.
Grate the cheese and add to the salad.
Add chopped nuts, salt and pepper to the salad, season the salad with mayonnaise and mix.
Salad "Boyarsky" with boiled pork and mushrooms is ready. Transfer it to a salad bowl and serve.

Salad “Boyarsky” with boiled pork
Salad with fried mushrooms and boiled pork, completely worthy of a boyar’s table
Ingredients:
– champignon mushrooms – 200 g
– boiled pork – 200 g
– pickled cucumber – 1 pc.
– walnuts – to taste
– mayonnaise – to taste
– butter – for frying
Manufacturing:
Cut the champignons into cubes, chop the onion. Boil the eggs, cool and then grate. Cucumber and cheese, also grate.
Mushrooms Fry mushrooms and onions in a small amount of butter until tender.
Cut the boiled pork into thin cubes.
Lay out the salad in layers, brushing any layer with mayonnaise:
1st layer – mushrooms with onions + mayonnaise
subsequent – eggs + mayone
3rd – boiled pork + mayonnaise
4th – cucumber + mayonnaise
the last one is walnuts. Salad ready.
