To make this wonderful snack for us, we will need: 3 pieces of squid carcasses, 200 grams of new champignons, a couple of pickles - straight from the barrel (by the way, as an option, you can also use the freshest), 3 eggs, hard cheese - 100 grams, medium-sized onion. And also: a little mayonnaise for dressing, fresh frozen shrimp and herbs to decorate the dish.
How to cook
- We clean and wash the squid. Then boil in boiling water (remember that you need to cook for no more than 3 minutes, otherwise the seafood meat can become very hard). Cool and dry with a kitchen napkin.
- We cut the squid carcasses into strips (you can also use rings, depending on your character).
- Peel the onion and cut into half rings.
- Heat the vegetable oil (a couple of spoons) in a frying pan. We put mushrooms there, washed in advance and chopped coarsely. Add onion. Fry over low heat until golden and add a little salt.
