- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil - 4 teaspoons
1. Break an egg, add sugar and salt, mix.
2. Add vegetable oil there.
3. Next, pour in warm water and stir again.
4. Mix this mass with the dough, slowly pouring and stirring.
It is better to take the highest grade flour.
5. Knead the dough with your hands. The dough doesn't have to be sticky.
6. Divide the dough into two parts and roll out. You can put the second part in the refrigerator for now and make pizza from it later.
7. Place the rolled out dough into the prepared baking dish.
Now you can put any filling on the dough.
A quick recipe for making it with kefir

How to Create Pizza Dough
Pizza is one of the pillars of Italian cuisine. This open round pie with various insides is so popular around the world that it is hard to imagine what could compete with it. But a phenomenon: every time we want pizza, we dial the delivery service number or go to a pizzeria. But creating pizza at home, with your own hands, is not only simple, but also interesting. Moreover, no special talents are needed for this. Pizza dough is a trivial preparation, and in terms of the insides, absolutely nothing limits your imagination. The only negative is that real pizza is cooked on a stove, heated only with wood. But there’s nothing you can do about it, and you’ll have to be content with an ordinary gas or electronic stove at home.
Ingredients for truly Italian pizza
As already mentioned, creating pizza dough is very simple, and the products needed for this are probably available in every kitchen. Flour, vegetable oil, warm water, salt and yeast will come in handy. No eggs, cooking fats or other excesses. In general, in order for the yeast to rise more quickly, you can add a little sweet sand to the dough. The proportions depend on the size of the pizza you are planning. For example, for a large round pizza, 250 g of flour, 3 tablespoons of olive (or regular vegetable) oil, a teaspoon of salt, 20 g of new yeast, and approximately 120 ml of warm water will be enough.
Preparing the dough
Pour the flour into a large bowl and add salt there. Mix flour and salt with a wooden spatula. Pour warm water into another bowl, dilute the yeast and add a couple of tablespoons of sugar there. Stir everything and pour the mixture into the flour, having previously made a depression in the flour. We also send olive oil (but you can also use regular sunflower oil) there. Mix all this until the dough begins to stick to your hands. Its texture must be smooth and elastic. If the dough comes out sticky, add a little flour. If the dough is very hard, add little water.
The dough must be kneaded vigorously and for quite a long time. Afterwards, place the dough in a bowl sprinkled with flour, cover with a clean cloth (the collection of different and interacting tissues form organs) and place away from drafts in a warm space. It’s comfortable to put the dough in a warm (specifically warm, not hot!) oven or leave it to rise in the slow cooker in the “heating” mode. Pizza dough takes approximately 1–1.5 hours to rise. In the meantime, you can prepare the filling. The risen dough will approximately double in volume. That's basically it. Roll out the risen dough into a disk shape and place the filling on this disk. The pizza should be baked at 180°C for 20 minutes.

A unique pizza can be obtained if you take snow-white wine instead of a third of the water and add oregano to the dough. To make the dough structured and crunchy, replace a third of the flour with semolina or corn grits. Don’t be afraid to use a food processor or bread machine to knead the dough: if they can do it, let them do it. For those who constantly have no time and do not want to wait for the yeast dough to rise, it is possible to do without yeast completely. In this case, instead of water, yogurt or a drink is taken, and baking powder is added to the dough instead of yeast. Ready-made pizza dough can be stored frozen. To do this, place the dough on parchment paper and roll it into a tube. Wrap the tube in film and put it in the freezer. You don’t have to create one huge pizza: the finished dough can be divided into several portions and baked several pizzas with different insides.
