We start preparing the required ordinary Russian drink by taking the cranberries and lingonberries out of the freezer in advance and letting them thaw. If you don’t have a lot of time, you can pour warm water over the berries, keep them in it for a few minutes, then drain the liquid. But it's better to let them defrost evenly at room temperature.

Place the defrosted berries in a blender bowl and puree them. After purchasing the puree, put it in a small saucepan, fill it with water and put it on high heat. Bring the liquid to a boil, reduce the heat slightly, then cook the fruit juice for 3 minutes.

When the indicated time has passed, remove the pan from the heat and let its contents cool slightly - to approximately 40 degrees. Then add half the honey, mix well until it dissolves. We are waiting for the fruit drink to cool down completely.

Strain the drink through a fine sieve and squeeze the pulp well. Then add the remaining honey to the strained liquid and pour in freshly squeezed lemon juice.

Place the container with the prepared fruit drink in the refrigerator and cool the drink for 1-2 hours. It can be longer. Fruit juice keeps well in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
