Salad with crab sticks, tomatoes and corn

  • crab sticks – 0.2 kg;
  • cherry tomatoes – 100 g;
  • hard cheese – 0.2 kg;
  • onions – 100 g;
  • canned corn – 0.24 kg;
  • mayonnaise - to taste.
  • Cut the cheese into small cubes.
  • Cut the tomatoes into 4 pieces of any size.
  • Finely chop the onion, pour boiling water over it for 2 minutes, drain the water.
  • Drain the can of corn.
  • Cut the crab sticks into large cubes.
  • Stir the ingredients without disturbing the tomato pieces for now. Season with mayonnaise.
  • Transfer the salad to a plate and place tomato slices on it and around it.

If desired, you can add boiled quail eggs to this salad. They should be cut into 4 parts and laid out, alternating with tomatoes, then lightly poured with mayonnaise.
