This will be pizza dough in a bread maker - a miracle machine that significantly simplifies the life of modern housewives.

The indicated quantity of goods yields 730 grams of ready-to-bake pizza dough. It is enough for 3 regular (30 cm in diameter) pizzas and still has a little left. Pizza dough for this recipe can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, so it can be prepared for future use and used as needed.

To make pizza dough in a bread machine, we need wheat flour, warm boiled water, salt, olive oil and instant yeast. We use specifically dry active yeast, in other words, those that do not require preparatory preparation, but are added directly to the flour.

Pour warm drinking water into the bread machine container. Warm, this means so that the body feels pleasant, but in no case is it hot, otherwise the yeast will simply cook and the dough will not rise.
