- Sunflower oil 25 gr
- Salt, black pepper, herbs - to taste
- Mayonnaise - to taste
- Lemon juice
With sour cream in foil
Fish with sour cream is a classic, so there will be nothing unnecessary in this recipe, just:
- 1 medium pike.
- Young potatoes – 500 gr.
- Onion – 1 piece, medium.
- Fat sour cream – 250 gr.
- Salt pepper.
- The pike is cleaned, gutted, and then painstakingly washed and dried.
- The carcass is rubbed with salt and pepper, outside and inside.
- You can throw the fish directly, or you can lightly fry it beforehand, rolling it in flour and dividing it into pieces. Fry for no more than 2 minutes on each side.
- Young potatoes are washed, peeled, and cut into slices.
- According to the recipe, the onion is cut into rings. It can also be lightly fried before cooking.
- The baking dish is coated with vegetable oil.
- Foil is placed inside. The foil also needs to be greased.
- Lay out half the potatoes, a little sour cream and onions.
- Next the pike is added.
- The pike is covered with onions, remaining potatoes and remaining sour cream.
- Cover the foil and place in the oven for 50 minutes. Here and there, 25 minutes after the start of baking, you can add a little water to the pike (not so that it boils, but just slightly saturated with water).
This dish is served with herbs, but this is not necessary. The entire preparation according to the recipe will take a little more than an hour and a half; per 100 grams of the dish there will be 100 kcal with the distribution of proteins, fats and carbohydrates as 9.1/4.6/7 grams. respectively.
Advice. Almost everyone adds mushrooms to this recipe, most often champignons.
With cheese
To make pike in the oven with potatoes even more satisfying than it already is, the surest method is to add cheese to the recipe. And in order to create everything correctly, you will need to purchase:
- Pike – 1 piece, weight not more than 2 kg.
- Onions – 2 pcs., small.
- Potatoes – 1 kg.
- Carrots – 2 pcs., huge.
- Cheese – 200 gr.
- Mayonnaise.
- Vegetable oil.
- Spices, salt, pepper - to taste.
- Greenery.
- The fish is cleaned, gutted, washed and wiped off excess water. You can cut off the head, but this is not necessary. But it’s worth cutting into portions.
- Pieces of fish are rubbed with salt and pepper, spices, and later placed on a plate and covered with mayonnaise - the pieces are coated one hundred percent in it.
- Marinating will take an hour and a half.
- Potatoes, carrots and onions are peeled. Onions are cut into half rings, carrots and potatoes into circles, but from time to time the carrots are grated.
- In a baking dish, greased with oil, all the vegetables are laid out on the bottom - first potatoes, then carrots and onions.
- Fish is placed on top.
- You need to draw a mayonnaise mesh on the fish, and put all the sauce in which the fish was marinated in a baking dish.
- Grated cheese is added on top. You can add as much of it as you like, the main thing is that it covers the entire dish.
- The dish will be prepared for 50 minutes at 180 degrees.
This fish should also be served with herbs. Taking into account marinating, you will have to spend at least 3 hours cooking here. In 100 grams of the dish there are 115 kcal, BJU - 9.1/4.3/9.4 g.
Advice. If the pike’s head remains, then the eyes and gills should still be removed.
Stewed in milk
If you want to keep the traditional pike and potatoes, but prepare a very light dish, you should stew them in milk. In order to create this, you first need to purchase:
- Pike – 800 gr.
- Wheat flour – 100 gr.
- Potatoes – 4 pieces, medium.
- Onion – 1 pc.
- Milk – 0.5 l.
- Oil – 2 tbsp. l.
- Feather onion – 1 bunch.
- Spices, salt, pepper - to taste.
- The carcass is completely cleaned of entrails, head, fins and scales.
- The fillet must be separated and pitted.
- The pike is cut into pieces and seasoned with spices.
- Afterwards, any piece of fillet must be rolled in flour and fried in a frying pan until lightly browned.
- The potatoes are peeled, washed and cut into thin circles or slices.
- Cut the onion into half rings.
- The baking dish is greased with oil, and half of the potatoes and onions are laid out on the bottom.
- Next, lay out the fish fillet, again the onions and again the potatoes.
- Spices are added to milk and poured into the dish according to the recipe.
- Cover with a lid or foil and cook for at least 45 minutes at a temperature of 180–200 degrees.
Serve with green onions and the resulting sauce. Production here will take about 2 hours, per 100 grams of dish there will be only 89 kcal with the distribution of BZHU as 10.2/1.5/8.7 grams.

- 2 carrots;
- 100 g cheese;

- 0.5 tsp khmeli-suneli;
- a little salt and dark pepper.

Production:
Let's start preparing the dish by processing the fish carcass. We clean the pike, gut it, remove the gills and rinse.
Peel the onion, chop it, season with spices, mix well.
We stuff the fish completely with fragrant onions, having previously sprinkled it with lemon juice and rubbed the outside with salt.
Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices. Place it in a bowl, add salt and mix with butter.
We cover the deco with foil, oil it and lay out a layer of potatoes diagonally. Carefully place the stuffed pike on the potatoes and grease the top with oil.

Ingredients for making:
- 0.5 kg pike fillet;
- 3-5 pcs. potatoes;
- 2 onions;
- 1 carrot;
- 1 lemon;
- 1 tsp table mustard;
- 3-5 tbsp. sour cream;
- little salt and dark pepper.
Preparation:
Before you bake the fillet, you need to marinate it. To do this, grate the lemon zest and squeeze out all the juice. Remove the zest in a thin layer, without touching the whitish, bitter part. Add mustard, spices, mix everything.
Place the fish in the marinade and leave for some time.
Meanwhile, peel the onions and carrots: cut the onions into cubes and three carrots.
Peel the potatoes, cut into slices, season with sour cream, spices, and mix.
Grease a heat-resistant dish with oil and place the fillets along with all the marinade on the bottom. We put a carrot layer on top, and then lay out the potatoes, pour the remaining sour cream after the potatoes.
Cover the pan with foil and place in the oven. Pike in sour cream is baked at 180 degrees for approximately 20 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake until the potatoes are ready.

Clean the pike, rinse it, fillet it, carefully remove all the bones. Cut the pulp into pieces and set aside for now.
Defrost the dough, roll it into a rectangle no more than 1 cm wide. To make it more convenient to transfer the pie onto a piece of paper, you can roll out and form the pie right away on a sheet of parchment.
Peel the onion and cut the onion into half rings.
We also peel the potatoes, rinse them, and cut the root vegetables into thin slices.
Place the potatoes in the center of the rolled out rectangle, not reaching the edges on both sides by 4-5 cm. Place the onion on top of the potato contents. Later comes a layer of chopped fish, which we salt and pepper to taste, and season with spices. Place pieces of butter on the fish.

A multi-cooker is a good kitchen assistant that can handle any task. Therefore, you can simply and quickly cook pike with potatoes in it.
Ingredients for making:
- 1 kg pike fillet;
- 4 potatoes;
- 2 onions;
- 80 ml apple cider vinegar;
- 0.5 lemon;
- 100 g each of mayonnaise and sour cream;
- little lean oil;
- a pinch of spices for fish and salt.
Manufacturing:
We remove the scales from the pike, cut off the tail and head, remove the entrails, and remove all the fins with kitchen scissors. If you find caviar in the pike, do not throw it away, because... You can prepare true delicacies from it.
We wash the carcass under running water, make an incision along the ridge, and remove the spine. We pull out the bones with tweezers and remove the skin with a stocking.

Close the machine with the lid, select the “Baking” program, bake the pike and potatoes in the multicooker for 60 minutes.
When serving, sprinkle the portion with chopped herbs.
Stewed pike in milk
For some reason, fish stew is rarely prepared, but it is very tasty and healthy. We offer a step-by-step recipe on how to cook stewed pike with potatoes in milk.
Ingredients for making:
- 800 g pike;
- 100 g wheat flour;
- 4 potato tubers;
- 1 onion;
- 0.5 l of milk;
- 1 bunch of feather onions;
- 2 tbsp. lean butter;
- spices to taste.
Manufacturing:

To ensure that pike baked in the oven comes out juicy, tasty and fragrant, you need to adhere to certain rules:
- if the pike is baked with its head, then the gills and eyes need to be pulled out;
- Lemon juice or marinating in mayonnaise will help remove the smell of mud;
- It happens that the fish sticks to the foil after baking, to avoid this, you should generously coat the foil with oil or additionally lay a sheet of parchment;
- To beautifully serve a baked pike, before baking, insert a toothpick into its mouth (then the mouth remains open), and before serving, put a lemon or tomato in the mouth.
