We will add flour in small portions, sifting it through a sieve. Using a sieve, we will saturate the flour with oxygen, which will make the muffins fluffy and large.
  7. While sifting the flour, do not forget to whisk the mixture in a bowl; over time, it will begin to thicken and the mixture will begin to resemble custard.
  8. Take one teaspoon of soda, which must be extinguished before adding to the bowl. This can be done using lemon juice or vinegar. Combine soda with one of these components and make sure that all the powder reacts. Once all the soda has been extinguished, add it to the bowl and mix everything well again.
  9. I also suggest adding a little dried fruit, candied fruit or even nuts to the dough. Personally, I usually take about 100 g of raisins or candied fruits. Cupcakes with raisins in silicone molds will turn out simply wonderful!
  10. Mix the contents of the bowl so that the raisins are moderately distributed in the dough.
  11. Now it’s better to let the dough rest for 5-10 minutes. This is just to our advantage, because there is still enough to prepare all the necessary equipment.
