The “Tenderness” salad with pineapple and chicken got its name because of its unusually airy, light taste.
This delicate salad will decorate any formal table. I use hard types of cheese. This recipe contains Dutch cheese with a slightly salty, light, special taste. The tenderness of the dish is imparted by the special form of preparation of the ingredients. They are not cut into large pieces, not torn, but grated. Lean chicken and juicy pineapple go well together. If you are looking for salad recipes for the New Year, then prepare this salad. It looks festive and very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet - 400 gr.
  • Pineapple - 200 gr.
  • Cheese - 200 gr,
  • Egg - 5 pcs.
  • Salt - to taste
  • Mayonnaise - 200 gr.
  • Pepper - to taste

Step-by-step manufacturing recipe

For the salad, I take the following ingredients from the list: chicken fillet, canned pineapple, Dutch cheese, chicken eggs, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.

Wash chicken fillet with warm water. First, boil the meat. Place chicken fillet in a saucepan and fill with water. Drop the bay leaf and small onion and add 0.5 tsp. salt. Bring to a boil. Any foam has formed, carefully remove it. Cook for 15 - 20 minutes. You can cook the first dish using the broth, and prepare a salad from the meat.

Boil chicken eggs hard. Let's peel off the shell. Separate the whites from the yolks.

Finely chop the cooled boiled fillet. Divide into thin fibers.

Take a suitable sized plate and spread a layer of chicken.

Cut the pineapple rings into small pieces. Try to cut as small as possible.

Place the chopped pineapple pieces on a layer of chicken with mayonnaise. A layer of pineapple maybe along with juice.

Grate the Dutch cheese on the smallest grater. It should turn out to be small crumbs.

I put one tablespoon of cheese aside, and put the rest of the crumbs on the pineapple layer.

Grease the cheese with mayonnaise. You can draw a net of sauce or use a spatula to spread the mayonnaise over the entire cheese surface.

Grind the yolks into small crumbs using a grater.

Distribute the next layer of chicken yolks and grease with mayonnaise. It is better to apply a layer of sauce in the form of a grid. I first spread it out with a spatula and little of the airiness of the yolk was lost. Only later did I realize that there must be a narrow, dense mesh of mayonnaise.

Distribute the protein on top and sprinkle the salad with a little cheese before serving. It turns out that there is protein and cheese on top together.
