Step-by-step recipe for making soy noodles with vegetables and seafood with photos

This is how the dish is prepared:

    Immediately boil the king prawns for two minutes, then peel them.

Take an onion and cut into strips.

Peel the garlic and chop.

Now take a huge frying pan, pour oil into it, and fry the onions and garlic.

Grind chili and ginger.

Cut the bell pepper into strips.

Chop the zucchini into bars.

Chop the celery into pieces.

    Let the food fry for 10 minutes, then season it with chopped garlic, soy sauce, salt, black pepper, and simmer for another 5 minutes.

    Recipe for Rice Noodles with Seafood:

    You can take any seafood according to your desire and availability in the refrigerator. You can even have just one type, for example, just shrimp. Thawed seafood marinate for 20 minutes in a consistency of 2 tbsp. l. soy sauce and 2 tbsp. l. lemon juice. I took TM Kikkoman soy sauce.

    While the seafood is marinating, boil the rice noodles according to the instructions on the package.

    Cut the onion, carrots, peppers and garlic into narrow strips.

    Fry the onion in vegetable oil for about 2 minutes.

    Then add carrots, peppers and garlic and fry for about 2 minutes.

    Add seafood and fry for about 5-7 minutes.

    Add noodles and stir vigorously. Then add 2 tbsp. l. Kikkoman soy sauce. Simmer for about 2 minutes and serve immediately.

    Ingredients:

    • Udon noodles – 200 g
    • Shrimp – 100 g
    • S/m clam – 1 pc.
    • Bell pepper – 1 pc.

    3. If you received frozen seafood, first defrost it and cut the squid fillet into cubes the size of mussels. Also, to make the funchose with squid cook faster, you should make shallow cuts on the squid fillet or simply cut it into rings so that it is better fried.
    4. The first to go into the frying pan with vegetable oil are bell peppers and carrots. They are fried for 1 minute. Next in the pan are squid, shrimp and mussels. They are fried until the shrimp change their color to orange (4-6 minutes). Funchoza with seafood is almost ready.
    5. Then add leeks and garlic. Then lay out the noodles and pour soy sauce or teriyaki sauce over everything (you can mix them). Mix everything thoroughly in the frying pan for 2 minutes and then you can remove it from the heat and place it on plates. Also, funchose with mussels, squid and shrimp can be decorated with sesame seeds or chopped herbs.
