And having come up with the idea, I was already looking forward with pleasure at the level of thoughts to pork entrecotes baked with potatoes in the oven...

Let me tell you that dinner was a great success! He was ready just in time for the arrival of the guests, as I, in fact, expected. While the meat and potatoes were baking in the oven, I managed to prepare a salad and create sandwiches... But more on that later - now let’s talk about entrecotes...
