I have prepared several quick apple desserts , which I especially like. Any of them can be prepared while getting ready for work in the morning. Although the treats turn out to be so dressed up and tasty that they can also be served on a ceremonial table . My winner is apple pancakes !
Cottage cheese-apple cookies
Ingredients
- 200 g cottage cheese 5% fat
- 100 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 0.5 tsp. salt
- 250 g flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 apples
- 10 g cinnamon
Manufacturing
- Mix cottage cheese, butter, 75 g of sugar and salt in a blender until smooth. Add flour and baking powder and knead the dough.
- Peel the apples and cut them into small cubes. Mix the fruit with the dough.
- Pinch off pieces of dough, roll them into balls and roll them in the mixture of remaining sugar and cinnamon.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment and place the dough balls on it. Bake for 35–40 minutes at 180°C.
Apple muffins
Ingredients
- 250 g apples
- 3 testicles
- 550 g flour
- 7 g dry yeast
- 3 tbsp. l. Sahara
- 0.5 tsp. salt
- 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
- sweet powder to taste
Manufacturing
- Remove the cores of the apples and cut them into slices. Add 2 eggs and puree the ingredients to a watery mixture.
- Mix flour, yeast, sugar and salt. Add the apple-egg mixture, vegetable oil and knead the dough. Cover with film and place in a warm space for 40 minutes.
- Form the dough into small balls and place them in a baking pan. Leave them for 15 minutes.
- Brush the future buns with egg and place in the oven for 30–35 minutes at 180°C. Sprinkle with sweet powder.
Pancakes with apples
Ingredients
- 1 testicle
- 3 tbsp. l. Sahara
- 0.5 tsp. salt
- 500 ml kefir 2.5% fat
- 4 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
- 400 g flour
- 0.5 tsp. soda
- 3 apples
Manufacturing
- Mix the egg with sugar and salt. Add drink, 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, flour and soda, knead the dough.
- Peel the apples and cut them into small cubes, mix with the dough.
- Heat the remaining vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry the pancakes for 3-5 minutes on each side.
Cottage cheese-apple rolls
Ingredients
- 4 apples
- 100 g butter
- 150 g sugar
- 2 tsp. lemon zest
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 350 g cottage cheese 5% fat
- 1 testicle
- 1 sheet of pita bread
Manufacturing
- Peel and cut the apples into cubes. Heat 50 g of butter in a frying pan with 50 g of sugar and fry the apples in this consistency for 10 minutes with the addition of 1 tsp. lemon zest.
- Add cinnamon, stir and remove from heat. Transfer the apple mixture to a baking dish.
- Mix cottage cheese, egg, remaining lemon zest and sugar in a blender. Distribute the mixture sparingly over the pita bread and roll it into a tube.
- Slice the pita bread and place the pieces on top of the apple mixture. Brush with remaining melted butter. Bake for 20–25 minutes at 180°C. After this, cover the mold with a dish and turn it over.
