1 Juicy cutlets with potatoes in sour cream sauce

1) Cutlets. In a bowl, combine minced meat, chopped parsley and dill, egg, chopped onion and garlic, salt, dark pepper, smoked paprika, soy sauce. Mix. Beat on the bottom of a bowl. With wet hands, form cutlets.

2) Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut into 8 pieces. Distribute the cutlets and potatoes among the baking dish.

3) Prepare the filling. Pour boiling water over sour cream, salt and dark pepper and stir. Pour the filling over the potatoes and cutlets.

4) Bake in the oven on a medium level at 180* for 30-40 minutes. 5 minutes before cooking, sprinkle the cutlets with cheese. Bon appetit!

5) Divide the potato mass into 6 parts. From each part we form a bun and place the cutlets in the recess, distributing them according to the shape of the recess.

6) Lubricate the minced meat with potatoes with yolk and 1 tbsp. milk. Place in a preheated oven at 180* for 50-60 minutes at a level below average, if the top burns, cover with foil.

3 Figured potatoes with minced meat in tomato sauce

1) Grind the onion and garlic in a blender. Mix minced meat and spices in a bowl. Mix. Form meat “balls”. 2) Cut the potatoes into rounds +/-1 cm wide. 3) Place a bun of minced meat on the potatoes, press down and cover with the next piece of potato. Place potatoes and minced meat in a circle in a baking dish. 4) Grind 3 tomatoes in a blender. Distribute the crushed tomatoes over the potatoes with the meat and place in the oven preheated to 180*C for about 40 minutes, check the readiness of the potatoes, you can check their readiness by piercing them with a wooden stick or a knife. 5) 5 minutes before readiness, sprinkle with grated cheese and place in the oven so that the cheese melts.

1. Fry the onion in vegetable oil until lightly browned. Add champignons cut into small pieces and fry them, stirring occasionally until the water evaporates. At the end, add salt and pepper to taste.

2. I pepper the minced meat, add salt, add 1 egg, I have already ground 1 medium onion along with the minced meat, add dried garlic or a few fresh cloves put through a press. I knead the minced meat well and beat it on the bottom of the bowl. 3. I turn the boiled potatoes into mashed potatoes, salt and pepper to taste, pour in milk and add 1 egg, mix everything well. You can also add a piece of butter, but then you need to take less milk.

4. Grease the bottom of the baking dish with vegetable oil. The mold is 25 cm in diameter. I distribute the minced meat over the mold with a moistened hand, forming sides and compacting.

5. I distribute the mushrooms on top, compacting them a little. Next 80 gr. grated cheese on a small grater. It's better to take more cheese. 150.

6. The outermost layer is mashed potatoes. I spread approximately half of the mashed potatoes on top of the cheese, put the other half into a pastry bag, cut off the edge and pipe the mashed potatoes over the entire surface of the dish. Smooth the uneven peaks of the potatoes with a finger dipped in water.

7. Place in the oven preheated to 180*C, top+bottom mode without convection on the 2nd level from the bottom and bake for 1 hour. It is necessary to take a baking dish with high sides, because during baking the meat releases juice, and it can flow out of the mold. I have a low shape and little juice flowed out. If the top burns, cover carefully with foil.

5 Potato zrazy with minced meat and cheese

1) To the hot mashed potatoes, add 1 white (we will need the yolk later), butter, milk, dark pepper to taste and chopped herbs.

2) To the minced meat, add finely chopped onion, garlic, passed through a press, salt, dark pepper to taste, an egg and mix everything well.

3) With wet hands, take some of the minced meat, make a flat cake out of it, put a cube of cheese inside, weighing approximately 30 grams, wrap it in minced meat, forming a “bun”.
