Little ones love sweet treats, including cookies. And for a holiday for children, you can serve very tasty homemade baked goods, prepared with your own hands, for example, using recipes for homemade cookies with honey for kids.

Shortbread honey cookies

  • flour - 200 g;
  • honey (watery honey is ideal) – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • butter - 70 g;
  • chicken egg - 1 pc.;
  • baking powder - 1 tsp;
  • vanillin - on the tip of a knife.
  1. Mix flour with baking powder, pass through a sieve so that the dough comes out as soft and airy as possible.
  2. It’s best to freeze butter, then grate it on a grater with large holes.
  3. Add egg and vanilla to it, mix everything well.
  4. Pour in honey and stir again.
  5. Add flour in small portions and knead the dough with your hands until it becomes homogeneous.
  6. Roll out the mixture into a flat cake about 0.5 cm wide.
  7. Cut out cookies. To do this, you can use special molds, a glass, or just a knife.
  8. Place the cookies on a baking sheet with parchment and cook in the oven for about 15 minutes (180 o C).

  • flour - 3 cups;
  • watery honey - 4 tbsp. l.;
  • butter (you can use margarine instead) – 100 g;
  • jam (jam, marmalade) – 4 tbsp. l.;
  • sugar - 150 g;

  • flour - 120 g;
  • coconut shavings - 130 g;
  • sugar - 130 g;
  • egg white - 3 pcs.;
  • watery honey - 50 g;
  • salt - 1 pinch.
  1. In a small container, beat the egg whites with salt until a thick foam comes out.
  2. Add sugar while continuing to beat the mixture with a mixer.
  3. Pour in the honey, stirring the mixture carefully with a fork.
  4. Add flour in small portions, stirring constantly so that no lumps remain.
  5. Add coconut flakes to the dough, constantly stirring the mixture.

  • oat flakes - 500 g;
  • drink - 450 ml;
  • butter - 200 g;
  • watery honey - 120 g;
  • sugar - 50 g;
  • ground cinnamon - 1 tsp;
  • baking powder - 1 tsp;
  • salt - on the tip of a knife.
  1. In a deep bowl, combine flour (it is sifted together with baking powder in advance), oatmeal, sugar, salt, cinnamon.
  2. Melt the butter, add it to the dry mixture, stir.
  3. Dilute the drink with honey, pour it into the flour, stir thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment and spoon out the dough so that individual cookies come out.
