Which doesn't taste very good. Maybe it will be better if it cools down.

Terrible recipe, I just translated the ingredients

Who is to blame for the fact that your hands come out of your ass?) Look, the man did it too.

I agree, they didn’t come in either. For such an amount of dough, 300 grams of minced meat is a lot. You need twice as much!

Not tasty, whites don’t resemble them at all

For unexpected guests, it’s fast-paced and delicious for both kids and adults!

They came out very tasty! I didn’t have time to take a photo.

tasty stuff, but the main photo is not from this recipe, obviously. This is a photo of closed whites made from yeast dough.

A common thing, my son ate it on both cheeks)))

I haven't tried it yet, but I'm planning to. I would like to note that the last photo shows traditional belyashi - this is how only yeast dough is browned. But on the penultimate one - apparently, what should come out of the recipe. Problem.

“Lazy” whites

per serving

From time to time it is very desirable to eat a juicy hot whitefish. But the traditional recipe for making belyash takes a lot of time, which is often not enough. But the whiting is still willing. Therefore, we will cheat a little and prepare “lazy” whites. They will taste very close to traditional ones.

Products (for 8 servings)
Minced meat – 500 g
Snow-white onions – 1 pc.
Garlic – 1 tooth.
Wheat flour – approximately 250 g
Drink (I used 2.8% fat) – 2 glasses
Ground dark pepper – 1 pinch
Soda – 0.5 tsp.
Salt – 1.5 tsp.
Sugar – 0.5 tsp.
Vegetable oil for frying – approximately 50 ml (depending on the size of the pan)

The amount of flour depends on how you ultimately obtain the desired thickness of the dough for “lazy” whites - like pancake dough, or like homemade sour cream.

How to cook “lazy” belyashi:

In a separate container you need to heat the drink to a temperature of 30 degrees.

Meanwhile, prepare the minced meat.
Using a blender, chop one onion, cut into pieces, and one clove of garlic.

Add the resulting mixture to the container with the minced meat. Salt and pepper to taste.

Mix everything well. I mix everything by hand.

Pour the heated drink into any container for kneading the dough.

Add half a teaspoon of soda and mix. Almost a full teaspoon of salt, mix. And finally, half a teaspoon of sugar, mix again. Let our mixture stand for a few minutes.

You will see how foam has begun to form in the kefir and the mixture has become more airy.

Then add the sifted flour evenly to the mixture, stirring thoroughly. Try to avoid lumps. As a result, we should get a dough similar in mixture to homemade sour cream. The dough should be moderately thick.

Add minced meat to the finished dough (in a ratio of approximately 1:1). And we mix everything very well.

Pour vegetable oil into a heated frying pan so that a layer of oil 0.5-1 cm wide forms on the bottom of the frying pan.

To test whether the oil is boiling, I place a very small piece of dough in the pan. You can use it to determine whether the oil has boiled.

Using an ordinary spoon, I begin to place “lazy” whites of the desired shape into the bubbling oil - medium or larger.

Now, finally, you can enjoy juicy and tasty whites, spending a minimum of time and effort!

Good day. Thanks for the great words! It's very nice to hear when people appreciate the effort put in.

Regarding the mixture, these are not cutlets at all. The mixture is more like pancakes, only with meat. And to taste - like belyashi! That's why they are called that.

You can try replacing it with yogurt, but I haven’t tried it, I’m writing this right away. Try, experiment and write how it turns out! Thank you.

As for me, they came out a little damp, even though I laid them out thinly in a frying pan and fried them longer.

On my own behalf, I can add that you can add more flour if the meat is fatty. Surely it was because of the fatty minced meat that they came out very juicy and moist.

When frying, they don’t take in enough oil.

But I don’t recommend it to people with problems with the gastrointestinal tract (the gastrointestinal tract is the digestive system of the organs of real multicellular animals, designed for processing and extracting nutrients from food) .

But in general, tasty and fast. ))try it))

Yes, I agree with you, no matter what kind of fatty food is not very recommended gastrointestinal tract (the gastrointestinal tract - the digestive system of the organs of real multicellular animals, designed for processing and extracting nutrients from food) Otherwise, I think you made the right conclusions about the fat content of the minced meat. They should turn out tender, but under no circumstances soggy.
