- 2 cups of milk;
- 75 grams of semolina;
- 1/2 cup sugar;
- 1 egg white;
- 4 yolks;
- 1 cinnamon stick;
- 50 g butter;
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla;
- 1 slice of orange peel;
- 1.5 cups jam.
- Pour milk into the pan. Add cinnamon and orange zest. Cook until boiling over low heat.
- Stirring constantly so that there are no lumps, add semolina. Cook for about 15 minutes (until the semolina is ready).
- Remove the pan from the heat.
- Beat the egg white until stiff peaks form.
- Remove cinnamon and zest. Add vanilla, sl. butter, yolks, whipped whites.
- Mix carefully. Pour the dough into a greased pan.
- Cook in a water bath for about 50 minutes.
- Cut the finished pie into 2 parts and soak in syrup. Top with berries. Serve with jam.
Manna with apples
A very tasty cheesecake that will decorate the table and amuse your guests. Ingredients for manna with apples for 2 servings:
- 3 medium-sized apples;
- 3/4 cup semolina;
- 1.5 cups sugar;
- 2.5 glasses of milk;
- 1 tbsp. spoon of margarine;
- 1 pinch of ground cinnamon;
- 3 testicles.
- Peel the apples. Then grate them.

- All that remains is to bake the dough in a mold greased and sprinkled with flour. Bake for about 60 minutes at 180°. When cool, sprinkle with sugar.
How to cook manna in a slow cooker
Do you understand how to cook manna in milk in a slow cooker? This is one of the most common and delicious delicacies, prepared in a matter of minutes.
- milk – 1 tbsp. spoon;
- semolina – 1 tbsp. l.;
- sugar – 1 tbsp. l.;
- flour – 1 tbsp. l.;

- baking powder – 1 tsp;
- 0.5 tsp. soda;
- 1 tsp. lemon juice;

- Warm the milk to room temperature. Fat content does not matter, but the most delicious is manna with homemade milk.

- After half an hour, stir in baking soda, slaked vinegar, flour and baking powder.
