- oat flakes – 200 g;
- drink – 180 ml;
- apple – 1 pc.;
- ground cinnamon – 1/5 tsp;
- sugar – 1 tbsp. l.;
- salt – 1 pinch;
- vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l.
You will get 12-13 pieces.
How to make delicious cookies at home
- Suitable utensils are useful for kneading oatmeal. Measure out the oatmeal and pour it into a bowl. It is necessary to use the type of flakes that need to be boiled, and not simply steamed with boiling water.
- Now pour the medium fat drink into the bowl.
- Add granulated sugar and salt for the most balanced taste, mix and let the cookie mixture stand for about half an hour.
- Let's take a sweet or sweet and sour apple. Clean it, if necessary, then grate it on a large grater. We throw away the seed box. Place the grated apple in a bowl. Let's also add ground cinnamon - a traditional addition to apples in baking.
- Let's mix everything again. Line a baking sheet with baking paper and grease it with vegetable or butter. With wet hands, form flat cookies and place them on paper.
- Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 170 degrees. Bake cookies for 20-25 minutes.

Ingredients:
- oat flakes – 150 g;
- drink – 100 ml;
- raisins – 2 handfuls;
- honey – 1 tsp;
- ground cinnamon – 1/5 tsp;
- sugar – 1/3 tsp;
- salt – 1 pinch;
- vegetable oil – 1 tbsp. l.
You will get 6-8 pieces. (depending on size).
How to bake regular and healthy cookies
- To knead the thick oat mass, take a deep bowl. Pour in a drink of medium or low fat content. The fatty drink is usually the thickest. Pour oatmeal into the bowl - those intended for cooking.
- Stir the flakes with kefir and put the bowl aside and let the mixture sit for half an hour.
- Wash the raisins thoroughly, then soak them in hot water for 15 minutes.
- Add honey, ground cinnamon and a little sugar to the bowl with cereal and kefir. If the honey is very thick, you can melt it in a water or steam bath.
- Drain the water from the raisins, then lightly squeeze them and dry them. Transfer dried fruits to a bowl.
- Mix everything well. Then you can start shaping the cookies. It is more convenient to do this with wet hands, because the oat mass comes out quite sticky. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment and grease with vegetable oil. We lay out the blanks at a small distance from each other.
- The oven must be perfectly preheated. We will bake cookies at a temperature of 170 degrees. After 15-20 minutes, the baked goods can be taken out.
While we brew the tea, the cookies will cool slightly to a temperature convenient for consumption.
Kefir cookies made from oatmeal with nuts

What do we take?
Two hundred grams of wheat flour, three-quarters of a glass of sweet sand, half a glass of oatmeal, 50 ml of honey, a packet of vanillin, half a stick of butter, half a teaspoon of soda and salt, a teaspoon of cinnamon powder, a third of a glass of kefir, 100 grams of steamed raisins.
How we do it
- Mix softened butter with sugar, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, vanillin. Then add the cereal. We turn everything together into crumbs.
- Salt the drink, add soda. Stir until it sizzles. Pour everything into the oatmeal-butter mixture and beat with a mixer. Leave for 10 minutes for the flakes to swell.
- You can add washed and steamed raisins or other savory ingredients to the dough.
- At the end, add the sifted flour and knead a thick dough that can be rolled out into a layer 6-7 mm wide. But you shouldn’t be overzealous with flour, so as not to create very tough cookies. It is better to grease the working surface with vegetable oil. This way the dough won't stick and you won't need more flour than necessary.
- We make blanks from the finished layer using special molds or using a cup. Place them on oiled baking paper. Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven at 210 degrees. oven for 30 min. If the cookies have darkened, it's time to take them out early.
