A very tasty and frisky pie. Everything turned out unsurpassed, after reading the comments, I poured the flour evenly, it turned out to be 150 g of flour per 500 ml of kefir. I baked it for exactly 30 minutes and it was perfectly baked. Thanks for the recipe

Hello. I read the comments, took 1.5*1.5 (flour/kefir), added leek and ground coriander. It turned out delicious, but it took an hour to bake and this was not due to the proportions. I really trust your portal, but I would like all the recipes to be tested, the photos to match the actions, and the description to match the result. There may be a rating, voting for and against from the housewives, so that you pay attention to this. And the badge is verified!

With the indicated proportions (2 cups of flour per cup of kefir), there can be no talk of any “flowing” dough; I prepare this recipe, making the dough in the proportion of one and a half to one and a half, then the dough can still be more or less poured out. Otherwise, everything is fine, the inside is tasty, I also add fried onions to the cabbage

A very tasty pie! Everything worked out for me, I just added a little more kefir! Thanks for the recipe!

Many thanks to the creator of the recipe!! Fast and very easy. A tasty pie came out

Many thanks to the creator of the recipe!! Fast and very easy. A tasty pie came out

Ended up in the trash. And it took about an hour to bake, although I did everything strictly according to the recipe and the dough came out soft as in the photo. A terrible recipe!

This recipe turned out bad for me. I really regretted that I poured in 2 cups of flour right away, the dough turned out to be very thick, I had to dilute it with kefir. The pie was in the oven for exactly 2 hours, covered with a golden brown crust, and there was raw dough inside. I tried to finish baking it in the microwave - it didn’t help either. Be careful!

The pie is out! very tasty! I did everything STRICTLY according to the recipe. the family members “dared” right away! Thank you!

I baked for over an hour. I ended up throwing it in the trash. “Excellent” recipe.

A mne pirog ne ponravilsja, hotia ja lublju vsjo, where prisutstvuet kapusta.. testo poluchilosj gustoe, tak na svoe usmotrenie dobavila eshe kefir. i hotj prozharila bolshe polozhennogo, a duhovka u menia ochenj horoshaja, testo tak i istalosj kak budto ne prozharenim.

A very tasty pie! My family was ecstatic. It seems to me that it was thanks to the curry that the inside came out quite unexpected, fragrant and appetizing; otherwise it would have been another version of the usual cabbage pie. The only thing is that I kept all the proportions, but the dough turned out thick, I had to dilute it with kefir (about 0.5 cups) so that the dough was fluid.

It also turned out greasy (the butter just froze while I was making the dough)))) and yes, either there was a lot of cabbage, or there wasn’t enough dough.

The pie came out delicious, but it’s unclear how much baking powder is needed! Well, the dough turned out sticky and heavy because of the oil, even though it was baked for 45 minutes. You can create it with just kefir and eggs, it will be much tastier!

And why didn’t they write how much baking powder is needed? From the category: guess, they say, yourself!

Guest: It's a matter of taste, for example, I like the dough. Baking powder and soda are not added to every dough. Here a drink is added, which in itself is like a baking powder. And the inside of the cabbage constantly wets the dough.

good recipe! The dough is normal and there is no fuss with yeast. I made everything according to the recipe, only without the curry and baked it longer - about 50 minutes. The result was quite enjoyable) I recommend it to everyone!

Thank you so much for the recipe! Simple and very fast! I didn't add any curry and it still turned out to be a good pie! The only note is that there was enough dough for a 26cm mold, but not enough for a huge dough mold!

The memory is that baking powder (or soda, which is even more appropriate in this recipe) was forgotten not only in the list of ingredients, but during production. In the photo, the pie dough is somehow not striking in its beauty. ))
