In my opinion, pizza with chicken and mushrooms is one of the most delicious, fragrant and satisfying options for similar pastries. Warm chicken breast and wildly fragrant wild mushrooms, fried with onions, on a narrow base of very soft dough.
By the way, why I love pumpkin pizza dough (I used it specifically in this recipe) is its taste and tenderness, not to mention how appetizing and sunny it looks. You can use your favorite one. If you don’t have one, I also advise you to try creating Italian pizza dough - one of the most successful.
I give the number of servings (8 pieces) conditionally, because for some people even 1 piece is enough, but for others, even a whole pizza will not be enough. Pizza with chicken and mushrooms comes out in regular size - 30 cm in diameter.

Making a dish step by step:
To make this tasty and satisfying pizza, we need the following ingredients: pizza dough, wild mushrooms (I used boiled ones), chicken breast, tomato sauce, onions, hard cheese, a little salt and flavorless vegetable oil.
Immediately turn on the oven so that it warms up to 190 degrees. Wash the chicken breast, dry it very carefully and fry in hot vegetable oil on both sides for almost a couple of minutes on each side. The meat will be covered with a slightly golden crust, and the juices will remain inside. Do not overdry - the meat inside should still be pink.
Remove the chicken from the pan, let it cool slightly and cut into small pieces.
In the same oil, fry the mushrooms and onions chopped into half rings.
In almost 10 minutes, the mushrooms and onions will be ready - turn off the heat and get carried away with the dough.
Roll out the pizza dough with a rolling pin or stretch it with your hands into a narrow flat cake.
Place the pizza base on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Grease the flatbread with tomato sauce.
Place the chicken pieces, sparing them sparingly over the entire surface.
Then add fried mushrooms and onions.
At the end, sprinkle the pizza with grated hard cheese.
Bake pizza with mushrooms and chicken in a hot oven at 190 degrees for 15 minutes.
Place on a wooden board or plate and serve.
I sprinkled chopped fresh dill on the fried pizza - I think this is an impeccable combination. Help yourself, my dears!

Dry yeast – 1.5 tsp.
Wheat flour – 250-300 g
Sunflower oil – 2 tbsp.

Hard cheese – 150 g
Tomato paste – 85 g
Ground dark pepper - to taste
Bay leaf – 1-2 pcs.

Pizza with chicken and mushrooms is a hearty addition to a home-cooked lunch, dinner, or picnic. To make pizza, you can purchase ready-made puff pastry or make homemade yeast dough. Use any mushrooms for the inside. Take chicken fillet or any part that contains meat. Chicken meat for the inside can be boiled, baked in the oven or fried in a frying pan.
Take these products.
Add sweet sand and yeast to warm water. Stir and leave for 10 minutes at room temperature.
Add sunflower oil and add wheat flour in small portions.
Knead into a soft dough. Cover with a towel and leave in a comfortable place for 40-50 minutes.
Boil the chicken in salted water with bay leaf. Afterwards, cool and cut into small pieces.
Wash the champignons, cut into slices along with the legs.
Cut the washed tomatoes into rings or half rings.
Grate the hard cheese on a large grater.
Punch down the rested dough on a dusted board. Roll out into a layer across the diameter of the mold.
Lubricate with tomato paste or sauce. Distribute the chopped mushrooms. Lightly salt and pepper.
Add chicken pieces.
Distribute the chopped tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. You can flavor it with mayonnaise.
Sprinkle with grated cheese. Place in the oven at 180 degrees for 40-60 minutes.
Pizza with chicken and champignons
The extraordinary piquancy of this pizza comes from Maggi's pickle dressing.
Ingredients for Pizza with Chicken and Champignons:
- Water - 1 glass.
- Wheat flour / Flour - 3 cups.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 tbsp. l.
- Olive oil (2 tbsp for dough, 2 tbsp for frying mushrooms) - 4 tbsp. l.
- Chicken leg - 1 piece
- Champignons – 4 pcs.
- Onion - 1 pc.
- Dark pepper (ground) - to taste
- Tomato – 1 pc.
- Hard cheese – 120 g
- Processed cheese – 100 g
- Dressing (for pickle from Maggi) - 2 tbsp. l.
- Ketchup - 2 tbsp. l.
- Yeast (fast-acting) - 2 tsp.

Recipe for Pizza with Chicken and Champignons:
For the dough, place the ingredients in the HP bowl in the following sequence: oda, flour, salt, sugar, olive oil and yeast. Turn on Dough mode. At the end of kneading, remove the dough from the HP, place in a bowl sprinkled with flour and let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Prepare the ingredients for the inside.
Peel the onion and chop finely. Cut the champignons into slices.
Boil the chicken in salted water until tender, cool and cut into pieces. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices.
Divide the dough into 2 parts. I used only one part of the dough (the second part of the dough can be sent to the freezer). Grease the dough with ketchup, put pickle dressing on top and spread.
Place fried mushrooms along the edge of the base and place chicken in the center.
Place tomato slices on pizza.
Sprinkle grated cheese on top, I sprinkled processed semi-smoked cheese in the middle, and hard cheese on the edge. Leave to rest in a warm place for 20 minutes.
Cook in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

Recipe for making pizza on unleavened yeast dough with chicken, mushrooms and cheese with step-by-step photos. I wanted to try a new pizza dough and make pizza without a tomato base. For the inside, I boiled chicken thighs with carrots, onions, bay leaves and peppers, and later lightly baked them in the oven, although you can just bake them in the oven. Instead of thighs, you can take chicken fillet and cut it into small pieces, marinate it in a small amount of vegetable oil, salt and add spices to taste. From time to time, I just cut the chicken fillet into small pieces and put it on the pizza, it cooks perfectly as it is. It is customary to add canned pineapples to this pizza, but this time I decided to do without them, although, I must admit, they add their own zest to the pizza. Mushrooms can be added to this pizza, marinated, fried or raw.

Chicken pizza recipe
We prepare unleavened yeast pizza dough or rich pizza dough.
Cook the chicken with carrots, onions, bay leaves and spices for 25-30 minutes.
Then lightly salt the chicken thighs or sprinkle with spices and bake in the oven until golden brown. You can not boil the chicken, but simply marinate it and bake it in the oven.
Bake or fry chicken thighs and cool slightly.
Separate the chicken meat from the bones and divide into small pieces. If you use chicken fillet, then it must be cut into small pieces and immediately added to the pizza; if desired, it can be marinated in a small amount of vegetable oil and spices to your taste.
Wash the champignons and remove the skin. If you plan to fry the mushrooms, then you don’t have to peel the skin.
Cut the mushrooms into thin slices.
Finely chop the greens.
Grate the cheese on a large grater, I use hard cheese and Cheddar cheese. If you use Mozzarella cheese, it is better to cut it into small cubes. It is best to choose hard cheese with a sharp and rich taste, otherwise the pizza may turn out bland.
Chop the onion very thinly.
Slowly roll out the dough with your hands. Do not use a rolling pin.
Give the dough the appropriate shape and size.
Grease a baking sheet with olive oil and transfer the dough onto it, grease the dough with olive oil and place in a warm place to rise.
Sprinkle the dough with spices.
Place a layer of cheese on a baking sheet. You will need 1/3 of the total cheese. Then add a layer of onions and a layer of champignons.
Then add chicken and herbs. Top the pizza with salt and pepper. You can also add pineapples.
Cover the pizza with the remaining cheese and put it in the oven. If you are using raw chicken fillet, it is better to add the herbs and cheese 10 minutes before the end of cooking.
The pizza must be placed in an oven preheated to 250* and baked for 15-20 minutes at 230*-250*.
Because the dough is rolled out quite thin, you need to be careful that the pizza does not burn. If you are preparing pizza with raw chicken fillet, then for such a pizza it is better to create the most fluffy base from rich yeast dough and bake such a pizza without cheese for 15-20 minutes at 220 * -230 *, and then add cheese and herbs and put in the oven for another 10-15 minutes.
