An ordinary, cheap and very tasty potato salad with the addition of pickled cucumbers and boiled eggs. Vegetable oil will serve as a salad dressing, while crunchy mustard seeds will provide special notes. This potato salad is not bad as a snack - satisfying and economical.

The proportions of the main ingredients in this dish can be completely different, and if desired, diversify the two types of onions (onions and feathers) with the freshest herbs. Making a dish step by step:

To make this simple and delicious salad, we will need the following ingredients: potatoes, pickles, chicken eggs, green and onions, French mustard, unflavoured vegetable oil, and also a little ground dark pepper.

Wash the potatoes (3 large ones), put them in a saucepan, fill them with water and let them cook in their skins until fully cooked. Before boiling, you can cook over high heat, after boiling, turn the heat to low.

At the same time, set the chicken eggs to boil hard - 9-10 minutes after boiling over medium heat. How to prevent eggs from bursting when boiled? Firstly, they should be at room temperature (in other words, remove the eggs from the refrigerator in advance), as should the water. Secondly, when cooking, add a little vinegar or salt to the water.

Cut the pickled cucumbers into fairly small cubes and place in a large bowl. If there is brine in the cucumbers, drain it.

Finely chop the green onion feathers with a knife. Peel one medium or half a large onion and cut into small cubes. Personally, I like the reddish onions in this salad.

When the chicken eggs are ready, place them directly in a saucepan under cool running water for about 5 minutes. During this period of time they will cool down and the shell will be easier to remove. We peel the boiled eggs and cut them into small cubes.
