  • 300 gr. ham;
  • 360 gr. canned beans;
  • 3 potatoes;
  • 200 gr. cheese;
  • 30 gr. oils;
  • 200 gr. champignons;
  • 180 gr. mayonnaise.

Salad with canned beans and ham:

  1. In this case, the mushrooms are prepared first. They are washed and chopped a little, after which they are laid out in a frying pan, oil is poured into them and fried.
  2. The potatoes are first washed. For this purpose, it is convenient for us to use a brush. After this, it is placed in a saucepan with water and boiled. Then the water is drained, and the tubers are filled with cool water so that they cool faster.
  3. The cooled potato tubers are peeled and crushed on a small grater.

  2. The pepper is washed, cut with a knife and all the seeds are removed, then the veins are cut out and the pepper is cut into thin strips.

The croutons for this salad can be purchased at the store, or you can prepare it yourself - cut snow-white bread into cubes and place on a baking sheet, put in the oven over low heat. When the crackers are browned, place them on a plate.

The ham should be cut into even cubes. Strain the beans and mix with the ham. Also discard the pickled corn in a colander and combine with the previous ingredients. Ingredients needed to make cucumber salad:

  • canned snow white beans – 200 g
  • canned red beans – 200 g
  • ham – 300 g
  • canned cucumber – 2 pcs.
  • blue salad onion – 1 pc.
  • green onions – 3 stalks
  • cilantro – 2 sprigs
  • sweet sand – 1 tsp.
  • balsamic vinegar - 1 tbsp.
  • olive oil – 2 tbsp.
  • salt, ground dark pepper - a pinch

The onion needs to be peeled and finely chopped. Next, you need to marinate it in a mixture of olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. You can also add a little sweet sand to the marinade. Leave the onions in this marinade for some time.

Meanwhile, drain the beans and place the beans in a bowl. Cut the ham and canned cucumbers into strips. Wash and dry fresh cilantro. Finely chop the green onions and remove the stem from the cilantro, so you only need to use the leaves.

Combine all salad ingredients in one bowl, add pickled onions with dressing and mix thoroughly. The salad can be served immediately, or you can put it in the refrigerator for several hours so that all the ingredients are soaked in the dressing.
