This appetizer is made in layers, it is very simple to prepare, and the dish turns out to be quite filling, indescribably tasty and appetizing in appearance. Adults and children like it.

Products for manufacturing:

  • Chicken fillet or breast – approximately 400-450 g.
  • Chicken eggs – 4-5 pcs.
  • Cheese of any hard variety – 120 gr.
  • Two new cucumbers.
  • For dressing, mayonnaise or sour cream (you can use a mixture of the indicated products in a 1:1 ratio).
  • For decoration - canned or boiled champignons or any other mushrooms.

The process of making snacks step by step:

Boil the eggs until fully cooked, cool, peel, grate them coarsely, or chop them with a knife (fork) if you don’t have a grater at hand.

Attention! To better clean the product, remove the eggs from boiling water and place them under a cool stream of water or in ice water for 2-3 minutes.

Cut the chicken breast or fillet into large pieces and boil in salted water until tender. It might come in handy for about half an hour. Then cool the chicken and chop it with a knife into the smallest pieces. In the process of cutting the breast, do not forget, if you took this particular part of the chicken, remove the bone from it and remove the skin. They are literally not necessary in a salad.

Grate coarsely or finely, whichever you prefer, three cheeses.

Peel the cucumbers and cut the vegetables into strips.

We take a salad bowl and begin to assemble the salad in layers in the following sequence:

- half the cooked cheese;

- half the cooked eggs;

We send the product to sit in the refrigerator for an hour, then take it out and garnish it with pickled mushrooms, olives, herbs or some beautiful slices of cucumber skin before serving. Quick, easy and simple, your salad is ready!

Festive chicken salad with cheese

Not a difficult recipe, but beautifully executed. It will be a worthy decoration for any table.

For production we take:

  • Snow-white chicken meat (breast, fillet) – 0.5 kg.
  • A head of snow-white salad onion.
  • Cheese – 180-200 gr. (only the hard one approaches).
  • Medium sized pomegranate (seeds will be needed).
  • Mayonnaise or mayonnaise sauce for dressing – 180-200 gr.
  • Salad vinegar – 2 tablespoons.
  • Salt and herbs to taste.

How to create a festive chicken and cheese appetizer

Boil the chicken meat, carefully separate the pomegranate into grains, peel the onion, and wash the greens.

Chop the onion into quarter rings or small cubes. Fill it with a glass of water with the addition of vinegar. Let it marinate for half an hour. Next, you will need to squeeze the onion well from the water with your hands and only later use it in making a salad.

The chicken, boiled until cooked, is first disassembled into the formed fibers, and then cut finely.

On a note! If you boiled chicken fillet or breast in salted water, you do not need to add salt to the salad. If the chicken was cooked without adding salt, then after dividing it into pieces, I recommend adding a little salt to the product.

Mix the chopped meat with mayonnaise sauce (add 2-3 spoons, no more is needed).

You can prepare a salad with chicken and cheese for a gala table using this recipe using 2 methods:

1st - assemble the dish in layers, soaking them in sauce;

2nd - collect the appetizer in one plate and later turn its ingredients from top to bottom onto a festive form.

We will create using the second method, and to do this, take a deep salad bowl and layer the products into it as follows:

- chicken in mayonnaise;

- pomegranate (leave a few grains for decoration);

- a third of the cheese.

If there are a lot of ingredients, then the appetizer layers can be repeated 2 times.

Once the treat is assembled, we take a wonderful salad bowl to serve the dish, cover our own salad with it and turn it over. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top, decorate with herbs and pomegranate seeds.

Essential advice! To make such a salad, I recommend choosing a pink pomegranate; the seeds in it are less noticeable when eating, they are the softest, and the pomegranate itself is the sweetest.

Salad with chicken, cheese and Korean carrots

This appetizer is perfect for any feast or for the daily menu. Thanks to Korean carrots, the salad comes out indescribably tasty, spicy, and unusual.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet – 400 gr.;
  • Korean traditional carrots (both purchased and homemade are suitable) – 150-180 gr.;
  • Cheese – 180-200 gr. (use only hard cheese products and curd cheese are not suitable);
  • Boiled eggs – 3 pcs.;
  • Salad mayonnaise for dressing.

How to cook salad with chicken and Korean carrots:

Boil hard-boiled eggs, peel and grate on a large grater.

Boil the chicken in water with added salt, cut into arbitrary, not very large pieces.

On a note! To make your treat even tastier, I recommend frying the chicken pieces for this salad until golden brown in vegetable oil.

Place the loin in a deep bowl.

Add chicken to carrots.

Place grated eggs on top of the meat.

  • 300 g boiled chicken fillet
  • 0.5 cans of pickled mushrooms (0.5 l)
  • 1 can of canned pineapple (350 g)
