Step-by-step recipe with photos

Schnitzels made from minced pork are prepared just as quickly and simply as traditional schnitzels. The result is such flat patties made from natural minced meat, in other words, minced meat without additives that interrupt the taste of the meat (in a word - without onions, garlic, bread, etc.). For such schnitzels, minced pork (ground by you personally to control the quality) is best suited, because in addition to meat, it also contains fat, which, when beating the meat, will help make the minced meat plastic and hold it together. But let's talk about everything in more detail as we go along.

To make schnitzels from minced meat, prepare: minced pork, two eggs, crackers, salt and pepper, and unflavored vegetable oil for frying schnitzels.

Add salt and ground black (or better yet, freshly ground) pepper to the minced pork.

Stir the minced meat and start beating it forcefully on the table: take the minced meat in your hand and throw it from a height onto the table surface, then collect the minced meat into a ball and throw it on the table again. Repeat this function until the minced meat becomes plastic, sticky, in general, until it gathers into a ball that will confidently hold its shape. You will need approximately 15 such minced meat beatings, maybe a little less depending on the properties of the initial product.

Divide the minced meat into 4 parts. Take a piece of minced meat and on one palm with the palm of the other hand give it the shape of a flatbread, and then on a table or board (certainly covered with film so that the schnitzel does not stick) ensure that the flatbread becomes very narrow and very wide, like a real beaten schnitzel. If you painstakingly beat the minced meat, the schnitzels will hold their shape perfectly and the flatbreads will not fall apart.

Shake the eggs with a fork and dip the schnitzels into this mixture, and then cover them with breadcrumbs on both sides.

Fry the schnitzels in vegetable oil without aroma on both sides. Minced schnitzels, like regular schnitzels, fry quickly.

Minced schnitzels can be served! The schnitzels turned out tasty, large (two per serving, if without a side dish, and one with a side dish), juicy - this is definitely a worthwhile dish!

Minced schnitzel is a worthy rival to cutlets

Dishes made from minced meat have long received universal love and popularity. You can put minced schnitzel on par with cutlets, zrazy and meatballs. It differs from the chopped and traditional version only in the preparation of the main ingredient. In the first case, the meat is cut into small pieces, in the 2nd case - into large, whole layers. And our current recipes will begin with passing the meat through a meat grinder.

Also, almost everyone confuses this dish with cutlets. But there are significant differences: the schnitzel has an oval, most flattened shape, and is also rolled in breadcrumbs and has a special consistency - leisonne. Usually the composition does not include: bread, onions or garlic, potatoes. But some recipes include these ingredients. Let's look at the instructions for making the dish step by step with photos of several types of minced meat in the oven and in a frying pan.

Minced meat schnitzel

Unlike traditional schnitzel, this recipe uses minced meat - pork and beef. In terms of its taste, minced schnitzel is not at all inferior to the “real” one.

Products
Mixed minced meat (pork and beef) – 300 g
Testicles – 2 pcs.
Breadcrumbs – 5 tbsp. spoons
Vegetable oil – 5 tbsp. spoons
Salt - to taste
Khmeli-suneli seasoning – to taste

We prepare the stated ingredients for minced schnitzel.
My minced meat is represented by 2 types of meat: pork and beef in equal proportions.

Salt the mixed minced meat. We also add khmeli-suneli seasoning. You can use regular ground dark pepper.

Next, the minced meat with spices must not simply be mixed, but beaten. Throw the minced meat onto the table or into a bowl a couple of times until the mixture becomes smooth.

Divide the minced meat into four equal pieces.

We turn any piece of meat into a flat round patty. I recommend covering the cutting board with cling film or a regular bag so that the minced meat does not stick to the surface.

Beat the eggs with a fork. Dip any prepared minced schnitzel into the egg mixture.

Then bread the schnitzel in breadcrumbs.

Transfer the schnitzels to a heated frying pan with oil.

Fry minced schnitzels like cutlets over moderate heat until golden brown on both sides.

Serve schnitzels with mashed potatoes or other side dishes.
Bon appetit!

Without onions, the cutlets are not tasty. If you add onions, cheese and mix it all with the minced meat. Then dip into the beaten egg, and when you start frying, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and fry each side for 5 minutes. And be sure to fry the edges for 5 seconds so that the juice remains inside the cutlet .
