A good, already traditional combination of banana and chocolate flavors will blow anyone away!

  • 0.5 kg of dry cookies;
  • 0.5 kg sour cream or unsweetened yogurt;
  • 250 g sweet sand;
  • 4 bananas;
  • 100 g chocolate.
  1. Prepare bananas - cut them into slices.
  2. Using a mixer, beat sour cream with sugar until completely dissolved.
  3. On a flat dish, start laying out the cake in layers: 1st - cookies, 2nd - sour cream, 3rd - bananas.
  4. Repeat layers the required number of times.
  5. Grind a few cookies into crumbs.
  6. Decorate the cake with chocolate and cookie crumbs on top.

Place in the refrigerator to harden and soak.

No-bake cookie cake with cottage cheese and gelatin

A very elegant and festive “cheesecake” type cake, suitable for any celebration. Serves as a delicious alternative to ordinary desserts with rich cream at children's birthday parties. Using this recipe as a base, you can prepare a huge number of different cakes with various fruit additives.

  • 0.5 kg of cottage cheese (preferably homemade);
  • 0.5 kg oatmeal cookies;
  • 0.3 kg sour cream (fat content - 20%);
  • 0.2 kg butter;
  • 0.2 kg sugar;
  • 0.15 kg of fresh strawberries;
  • 0.15 kg of fresh raspberries;
  • 25 g gelatin;
  • hibiscus tea;
  • vanilla sugar - to taste.
  1. Grind the cookies into crumbs with butter using a blender.
  2. Form the bottom layer from the acquired mixture in a cake pan and place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  3. Pour gelatin into 0.5 cups of hot water and let it swell for 20-30 minutes. Then bring it to a boil and let it cool slightly.
  4. For the curd inside, mix the cottage cheese, sour cream, sweet sand and vanilla sugar with a spoon. Then beat the mixture with a mixer to break up all the small lumps.
  5. Continuing to beat, pour the swollen gelatin into the curd mass in a narrow stream.
  6. Remove the cookie base from the refrigerator, place the raspberries on it and carefully pour the curd mixture on top. Place in the freezer for 20 minutes.
  7. Cut the strawberries into 5 mm wide slices and place them as the top layer on the cake for decoration.
  8. Brew 500 ml of hibiscus tea, add 2 tbsp. spoons of sugar and gelatin, prepared in the same way as indicated above.
  9. Pour the resulting liquid into the top layer of the cake with a spoon.

Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes until set.
