For production you will need:
- 250 g of cottage cheese.
- 200 grams of flour.
- 1 testicle.
- 3 tbsp. Sahara.
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil.
- 1 tbsp. sour cream.
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar.
- 1 tsp baking powder.
- A little warm milk for greasing.
- a pinch of salt.

We immediately set the oven to preheat to 180 degrees because the kneading is very vigorous and it is necessary that it be ready.
In a comfortable bowl, mix the egg, salt, sugar, vanilla sugar, vegetable oil and sour cream. Mix well.
Combine the resulting watery mass with the cottage cheese and stir until smooth.
Pour a small portion of flour and baking powder into the curd mass and stir. And then add all the remaining flour in the same portions.
The dough should be soft, homogeneous, smooth and not sticky. We don’t give it any rest, we immediately roll it into a “sausage” and divide it into 12 equal parts.
From each piece we roll a ball, which will then need to be flattened, and in the center we cut out the middle. To do this, you can use a pastry cutter or other similar item.
