The dough for making sausages in a frying pan can be made with water, milk, or, as I did, with milk and water (50/50).
Heat the liquid, add yeast and sugar.
When the yeast has dispersed one hundred percent, pour out the flour and salt.
Knead the dough, adding butter at the end.
Cover the dough and place in a warm place to rise.
Dough made with raw yeast (if it is fresh) rises very quickly.
Divide the dough into 10 equal parts, roll into balls, cover for 5-7 minutes.
Roll the ball into an oval the size of a sausage. The dough does not stick, no need to add flour!
Wrap the sausage and carefully pinch the seam.
Do this with all the dough.
Fry the sausages in the dough in a frying pan with vegetable oil over medium heat until golden brown.
Place on a napkin.
The sausages in the dough are ready.

- Warm water – 160 ml
- Warm milk – 160 ml
- Sugar – 3 tbsp.
- Dry yeast – 2 tsp.
- Salt – 1 tsp.
- Vegetable oil – 6 tbsp.
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Sausages – 8-10 pcs.
Manufacturing
In a large saucepan, mix milk with water, add sugar and yeast, leave for 15 minutes in a warm place until foam forms.
Then pour in the oil and add salt.
Stir and add sifted flour.
The dough should be soft and slightly sticky to your hands.
Place the pan in a warm place and cover with a towel.
Leave for 3 hours. Knead two - three times.
Then grease your hands with oil and divide the dough into balls the size of a chicken egg.
