    What you need for dough for 2 small pizzas:
    500 g flour
    300 g warm water
    1 packet of dry yeast (11 g)
    1 tablespoon sugar

    1. Pour a packet of yeast and a spoonful of sugar into warm water, wait until the foam rises (at this time we make the sauce), when the foam rises, pour it into the flour in a narrow stream and mix.
    Knead the dough until smooth and homogeneous (do not beat). Then we leave it to rise for 20 minutes. Remember: when the foam from the yeast rises, do not stir it!
    Pour the liquid into the dough as is. At first it will seem that there is not a lot of flour or, on the contrary, a lot: do not give in. This amount is quite constant. If you have a special mixer at home with a dough attachment, you can use it and later knead it with your hands, it will be faster.

    What is needed for pizza sauce:
    Fresh tomatoes in their juice (any jar will do)

    2. Add sea salt to the tomatoes, squeeze out 1 clove of garlic, dry oregano, quickly and finely chop 3-4 basil leaves so that it does not have time to darken.

    4. Bake at 240 degrees for 7 minutes.

    2. The flatbread, stretched to the appropriate diameter, is lightly greased with olive oil, after which the mozzarella grated on a large grater is transferred onto it.
